“Maybe you died to Doom because you weren’t paying attention.” Buddy, let me tell you how many times I’ve called out “they have a Doom now,” in comms only for my team to ignore me as I get turned into tomato paste on the point. Or when you watch him make his way around to your backline so you call it out and the tank/DPS you’re healing doesn’t turn around until you’re dead and they’re hanging on to 6hp.
@@cadenm553 yeah, but it could have been way more efficient considering he had to blow 3/4 left clicks for the ana to die, which puts him in a dangerous position being in the middle of the enemy team.

Here's something this guy doesn't mention and something I've learned from playing many hours of Genji. Dragonblading tanks is a nightmare sometimes. Because of their large health pool, you can't expect to easily kill a tank all of the time. Unfortunately because of the relationship between healers and tanks, your first moves can be hard-to-make choices. If the tanks are dead, you can wipe out their team rather easily. Before you blade, watch the enemy tanks. Their access to healing, their current health, and positioning. Keep in mind that you can be shut down while killing or moving towards an enemy tank by damage heroes like mccree. If all factors are looking good (meaning that their tanks are vulnerable and the others can be quickly slaughtered), then it's probably a safe blade. This does NOT mean that you need to attack their tanks first. Your order of attack is always situational and can be tailored to the circumstances. - (If you have NanoBlade, attacking tanks is an excellent idea) You don't always have to worry about their tanks as much if your team is pushing with you. One of benefits of a coordinated Blade push is that you aren't the center of attention 100% of the time. One last note: Tanks will oftentimes drain your health a little slower than damage heroes. Be as protective as you health as possible when blading. One scratch can turn into a genocide.
Tl;dr don't go for tanks unless absolutely necessary Edit: Nanoblading into a hog is a horrible idea, I agree with you on the other tanks though, but they aren't top priority
I always try to initiate a fight (or a brawl as they call it) with dragon blade, and it go into their backline to try to pick up some kills, but my team never moves forward. I feel like they just watch at the choke point, and wait for me to get a couple kills. :/
PLEASE enunciate your words and pace your words/sentence structure. Your videos provide useful information and the editing/production is impressive, but the lack of good rhythm and pacing to your script hurts the overall quality. 5:21 is just a massive slurring of words "thefirstthingoyugottaunderstand". It would really add to the professionalism, and having someone speak succinctly would likely add to your paying customer numbers. I'm not saying your speech is hard to understand, it's not. But it could certainly improve the overall quality of your product.

Might seem like a conflicting statement, but how bout a video on learning to aim with Junkrat? Learning how to predict where your enemy will be in a 1v1 duel, if you don’t have your conch mines and just your primary fire, so that you as a Junkrat player are less weak to dive, because you can duel on him, and a Junkrat that is hard to dive is really dangerous.
Whenever you play any divey heroes try to be calm, whenever i play genji I pop off when im calm, but being mad about something will throw my judgement off and i'll waste blade and insta die.
The fact that 90% of the hero’s counter Genji just made me not wanna play him no more but I love him still I wanna play him despite that but it’s annoying to fight against a team every game with ppl who counter me every sec

My favorite and best heroes to counter genji are winston and zarya.. bcus Winton can completely ignore genji's reflect and primal rage is a very good counter against nanoblade even if it's the best of the best genji. Anyways and zarya, her primary weapon ignores his deflect with high damage. Gravaton surge Is one of the best cc and ultimate in the game just Gravaton a nano blading genji and with ur primary weapon you can just kill that genji.. I just hope genji is ur only problem bcus this will guarantee that the genji will definitely swap off to another hero lol
Tracer tip rememebr u can blink through people and shoot from behind then recal l and still be behind them easy way to trow off aim of a healer or sniper.
dude i dont get it. why does everyone say that moira is a viable counter. moiras are free for a genji because they can use their orbs. if moira uses a orb genji will deflect. not to mention that any decent genji can take out a 200hp healers who has a set dps with no headshot bonus.
Tips: -brig is a DEFENSIVE hero, so you should play her as such. She is no longer the raid boss she was back when she was first released. So please don’t rush your life trying to get some damage off. Just focus on keeping your back line and dps safe. Never use bash to stun UNLESS you can confirm a kill with it.Try and play to deny enemy threats such as doom, ball, tracer, etc. brig excelled at denying these heroes by whipshotting them away and bashing if they’re too close.
Kaliber give me one. Sym isnt a counter. Genji can burst her down. Her turrets are easy to destroy especialy with winston. Mei if you re good and hit most of your shots not even ice block can save her if you keep your distance. Moira cant outdamage you and with the new buff its easier. Zen and lucio you can kill them before using blade. And you can shut down lucio with swing dash if you re fast. The only counters are probably zarya and mccree. Stun and zarya is an obvious one. That makes it 2 counters. Thats not much.
I can counter every dive with only 1 hero. Roadhog cuz i suck with other heros because free 25 credits is only available for tanks and i only play him cuz he feels simple
The problem with these guides is that at lower ranksyou can't just play like you see in these clips. Lower ranks you cannot rely on healing, or for tanks to make space or anything. As soon as I engage I die.
@Masked Man Exactly. If I could rely on my teammates I'd be a higher SR. I really just need to find some friends or something. This game needs clans or guilds like in WoW. I'm sick of spamming "heal me - critical" while standing next to a healer and they do nothing. How can I carry if I can't stay alive. The worst part is when tanks or healers say "No dps", as if they expect me to stick my head out in a choke with no shields and get picks miraculously. DPS can't do DPS without the tanks. I've started playing Tank and healer and in those im 2400 SR but in DPS I'm 1700. I can't get out of silver because every match is a 50/50 chance of winning because my contribution as DPS is dependant on my team being semi-decent. I've managed to gain SR as dps by playing soldier 76 or Ashe and staying far back and picking off healers and anybody who over extends, but dive is just impossible at lower ranks.
@Masked Man Yeah man, when I tank it drives me nuts after a failed team fight seeing some dumbass moira run into the enemy trying to solo them and dying. These days with the new echo every game has some idiot playing her trying to 1v6 the enemy team. If they had a brain they'd go soldier or some other hitscan and destroy the enemy teams echo (since everyone thinks playing the new hero in ranked that they don't know how to play is a smart move). I know I should be higher ranked in DPS, I actually have decent mechanical skill but once again they expect me to get picks in a choke with no shields and then when we lose 0-3 it's because "DPS trash, no kills". People are so stupid.
Considering she technically counters 90% of the roster, yes. But if you aren't getting value and ONLY countering 1 person, you're putting all the pressure on your team to carry you while they 5v5
The least skilled characters in the game. People always say doom or genji is hard, but every gold player can get 4ks with them easily. An equally skilled soldier only achieves slow chip over a long time.
brits shield bash/meleex2/flail shoot can insta kill a tracer and no one uses it. idiots let tracer kill and pressure the team and when people insist on using brit get no value and just stun her with shield bash and do useless melee attacks when tracer will just recall after the first attack
