the easiest way to get percentages for me is to solve like this: imomove mo lang ung decimal point ng 'P' depende sa interest rate. relating to problem#2 in this vid,: P=60,000, rate=15% , (try to notice the decimal point replacement) 10% of 60000 = 6000 60000.00 6000.000 1% = 600 60000.00 600.0000 0.1 = 60 60000.00 60.00000 50% of 60000 = 30000 "divide mo sa half ang 100%. 5% of 60000 = 3000 "since 6000 ang 10%, 10% divided by 2 is 5% so to solve the problem #2 just add 10% and 5% to have 15% 6000 + 3000 = 9000 you can save more time sa ganitong strategy. ^_^
