Setting for low grid voltage from wapda for Inverex Nitrox. This setting will enable nitrox to keep operating in low voltage conditions. Also if your grid voltages are 24/7 low then you may need to install a voltage stabilizer.
Please consider maximum output for low voltage operation: for 170V operation maximum load should not exceed max current rating for the inverter (for example if load is 4000 watt and voltage are 170V then current will be 4000/170 = 23.5 Ampere which is below maximum current limit 25 Ampere). But if load is 4500 watt then current will be 26 Ampere which might damage the inverter. This type of solution is only suitable where grid fluctuations are not common.
@@nftgaming4758 You will need a voltage stabilizer in this case then, if grid feeding is not enabled then you can disconnect wapda breaker during low voltage in day time and inverter will run completely on solar & battery at 220V
Bro so what settings min or max setting do you recommend that won't damage inverter. I was facing same issue recommended solar installer guy when he visited he has lower the low voltages to 150v & high are set to dafault 265v. In my area voltages are not as low as 150v it get to below 185 and inverter default were 185 so it was switching again & again at night to batteries.
@@amjad635pw Brother 150V is very low, it will damage your inverter in case grid voltage gets that low. I suggest to remain between 175V to 260V. If inverter switches very fast from battery to grid at night during low voltage fluctuations then you need to increase reconnection time as in the video. If you are using load that is less than 1kw (only fans & lights) then it might be okay to lower voltage but I wouldn't recommend going lower than 170V.
@@usmanjaved6991 bro our load is 9-10 fans around same number led savers. small size inverter deep freezer & small size refrigerator which we shut at night 10pm. Estimated total load may be 1500 to 1800watt. Grid does not get that low to 150v i think around 170. When inverter was 185 it used to flactuate switching between battery & wapda many times. Reconnection time was by default 10 sec.
Hey, Can you help me out on this one? I have 2 nitrox 8 kw installed and running in parallel with net metering on single phase. The problem is k these days the grid voltage is too high. On peak solar hours the voltage goes above 263 and the inverter cuts the grid in that case. It keeps doing that until I turn on sufficient load inside home to divert some energy towards load. How can I solve this? I have installed 7/72 silver wire four core from grid lines to green meter to overcome this but it didn't help much. Currently I'm using L3 ( 3rd phase) because it has the most connections thinking this one might have less volts but it isn't helping either. What is the ultimate solution to this? Will this solved in summers? When there will be more load on the grid resulting in less overall grid voltages?
1- check grid voltage in your neighborhood in peak hours 2- have you installed both inverters on single phase L3? If yes then you need one on L3 and other on L2 3- check inverter distance from distribution panel minimize distance, check proper wire size 4- Try to manage load on peak hours, if not then limit export power to grid 5- You can use voltage stabilizer with solar inverter with export to grid cut off
I have suggestion. Limit maximum sell power to some reasonable value. As per my area voltages i limit to 3000 watt. Upto this value inverter does not trip.
Sir mere pas nitrox 8kw hybrid inverter hai. Badal ki waja se agar solar kam watt dy or load ziada ho jay to wapda ko off kr deta or watt ziada hony py dobara wapda ko selling ni krta grid off e rehta..
AC chalany k bad voltage drop ho jatay hain. Normal 220-230 rehtay hain. AC on kartay hi drop start hotay hue almost 170 ya is say bhi down tak chalay jatay hain. Mere pas 8kw nitrox hai uski grid settings mai low voltage 140 kar dia hai. Kia mainay theek kiya hai ya iska koi aur behtar solution hai? Air mujhay low HZ kitnay rakhnay chahiye? Please reply.
Lower voltage such as 140v can damage electronics, minimum can be set at 170V and Hz is 49.5 to 50.5, you can change hz limit if you are syncing generator with your inverter otherwise above mentioned limit should apply. Check your wiring if proper cable size is used. Also don't turn on AC or other heavy loads when on battery only mode
Sir mere pas 6 kilowatt wala inverex inverter hai .. raat ko battery k lea jb wapda charger open krta hun battery charge nhe hoti jaldi .. kindly solution btaen
In system work mode select zero export to load and check solar sell option next to it. Only select solar sell if you have installed net metering meter otherwise you will be charged double
Green meter is installed. The production of my other 20kw Ongrid is perfect but 6kw hybrid inverter is not good. My settings are ' Selling First ' '6500 max sell power' ZERO export power ' 000 ' But Production is 17/16 units per day.
@@mujtabashah424 change setting to zero export to load and check ✔️ solar sell box next to it, also what's total wattage of panels connected with nitrox?
@@usmanjaved6991 export to load wasn't working much. It wasn't exporting much energy so I switched to solar sell first and than I got better result but sill 17/16 units.
I am facing f56 low-voltage error at night. Inverter main low voltage setting 170 rakhi Han but pher bhe voltage 208 Bhee drop hu to inverter grid off kardata han.. kya solution han please help
Dear, F56 error is related to battery. You need to check max discharge current of battery, check battery health, also check in system work mode if for some time system take battery power and switch grid off
Bhai mene nitrox hybrid 6kw ka inverter lagwaya hay usme issue yeh hora hay k meri jo bijli hai wo 176 ya kabi kabar 190 par chalti hay to meri bateries bijli par charge nhi horahi hay meharbani kr k mujy settings suggest karo 😢preshan hon main 😢
@@piyushkaityal3936 Do you have installed breakers on smart load and non critical loads? This can be caused by short circuit in your circuit. 1- check for any point of short circuit in your house. check if any burning smell or loose wiring of ac cables 2- check if your load current exceeds maximum current limit of the inverter.
Salaam, bro I've 6kv nitrox recently installed, the issue I'm getting is that it works perfectly fine on day (On solar) but in the night when i need the wapda to charge the batteries and pass the current directly to load, it looses grid again and again, and say GRID OFF error, matlab random time k leye khud he Grid ly leta hy, than again Grid OFF ker deta hy, even of the batteries are below 100%, kindly share the solution, I've INVEREX 6KV, 14 jinko pannels 550w, 4 AGS tall 2500mAh batteries, the voltages are roughly between 180-215 most of the time, but instead I'm getting GRID OFF ERROR, and with the load running ( 2 dc 1.4 tonnes acs) the batteries drains quickly and due to error it neither charges the battery or pass the current direct to load. Jazakallah UPDATE: Issue resolved 😊

@@HRMOHAMMED How did you know the that his CT is not installed correctly just by looking at the screen? I'm facing an issue regarding this. My grid feeding data is not accurate. Half of the grid feeding data goes into consumption for some reason. The CT arrow is place towards the inverter in my case as per the user manual. Should I reverse it? If so, can I do it myself? I mean w/o shutting down the inverter and all? Just by flipping the sensor whlist everything is running?
