We use footage of ourselves sorting our Registered South Poll Cattle with voice-over commentary by Stockman JR Jones explaining the process. He also talks you through step-by-step what he is thinking as he uses Effective Stockmanship to pull out two cows and a bull from the group of sorted calves.
