“The Drummer, who’s now mastered the art of balancing their playing” Where can I find one of those? And ear plugs? Really? Sarcasm? My experience is the drummer plays at the same volume no matter the venue. Too loud. I will admit however that most of my experience is limited to a somewhat rural area of the US and therefore a limited sample size. Seriously all good points and presented well. P.s. I’m a keyboard player and I make lots of sound

We love our sarcasm ;) Yes it can be frustrating having to work with a drummer that is smashing their kit. I hope you get to experience more balanced playing soon, it’s amazing the difference wit makes to the overall sound.
