If you're using a transcript, then eye contact will be very difficult. My typical tip is to use an outline with key words only. Good question. I don't have an expertise or background in helping people speak English fluently. But I recommend another channel called Accurate English. Lisa is the host and she is outstanding. She specializes in helping professions move from advanced English to fluency.
