I lived in Warsaw before and there the case are solved relatively quickly, however, my case ended up in the second instance. It took 14 months to be solved. I moved to Wroclaw and here almost nothing works. I have a case (more than one year) without a decision. Is it possible to bring this case to court and get some money?

Do I need the TRC or does the immigration at the airport requires the TRC before leaving Poland for good? Dear Mam, I got a work permit from a Poland company offering warehouse job. I searched about the company and I realized that it has no physical existence as it has been registered on virtual address. In addition to that the owner of the company is owning 10 another companies, they are also registered virtually. As far as my knowledge the person is not from Poland. His name indicates that he is from Ukraine. I would like to know, whether this company is genuine or not. What is your opinion in regards to this?. Could you please share your thoughts on it? Hello @SalmanThariq6. Temporary Resident Permit and Temporary Resident Card are related but not the same. The permit is the official permission to reside in Poland, and the card is the physical document that proves legal residency.

You will need to file a petition to remove the conditions of your residence before the card expires. You may file this petition 90 days before your conditional green card expires. If your petition is approved, you will be sent a new Permanent Resident Card valid for 10 years. You do not need to file Form I-90.

I have submit all the documents and paper and they told me there will be draws every Saturday so last two draws i didnt got pick up and they had inform me but today i didnt get any messages that if i got pick on the draw or not ..so what should i do now ?
If you have been getting information about the draw on your provided mail then it possible to track whether you have received the slot not , In case if you have not provided them you mail Id and they are the one who are providing you the details then you need to ask them only.
You should be aware of if, as you are pregnant you need to have conversation with the team who have provided you the permits as well as the employer too

No problem you didn't download the application while the registration they will send you the application form number for your email keep that number and if you get appointment date they will send a appointment order with your application full form also so that time you can download it
