Another great alternative is Ameliorated Windows 10, it completely removes any microsoft related telemetry, removes 2GB. It's only for those who do not need Microsoft Store

Another method is selecting and removing apps manually from C Cleaner. It is much safer and easier.

This will probably conflict with future windows updates. Atleast that's my experience with 'fighting' Windows 10...

For editing the ps1 file, use the quick and easy Notepad in Start - Windows Accessories, or install the more advanced Visual Studio Code.
