(Read full message) What is the sense to make this comment? The poster of this video talk at a sonic speed because as your PC is laggy, the video will just lag enough for you to listen to the content. If your PC is not laggy, then your PC will not lag enough for you to listen to it, telling you that you do not need this video.
Dude, you just literally brightened up my day. My laptop now runs faster and brighter because of your video. My laptop can already do 4k, but the changes which I have made while following your video made it look and run even better than before. Thanks.
WORKED LIKE A CHAMP! I rarely ever comment on a video for any reason. After I did this, I stopped mid game to come say THANK YOU! I had a stutter in fortnite every once in a while, it ruined the game often. My game is smooth now, thanks a lot!
This video is fantastic. I have a 4 year old ASUS pc and it was operating / processing like molasses up hill at the North Pole. Now after performing each your steps it performs like a Bugatti VERON in comparison. Thank you so very much! Your explanations, direction and presentation methodology is clear, concise and truly accurate! Keep up the great work!!
This really sped up the performance on my little Acer 2 in 1. Thanks dude! For those complaining of the speedy nature of the video, use the pause button.
This was AWESOME. Such a huge difference. I have a cmputer that used to use vistar and now i have installed windows 10. and its running like a new computer
thank you for making this video! my Alienware R4 laptop is good as new! been using for 2 years and 6months (on going) i noticed that the performance kinda dropped sometimes and i'm thinking that i needed to do some boost up thing. this video helps me! your older video of this speed up version also has helped me before this :)
I literally love this guy! He always upload only the most useful tutorials...THANKS MAN!.... Now I can finally play minecraft with 4 chunks distance in an 8gb ram...
thanks for the tutorial! by the way, you should speak a little slower next time, i had a hard time catching up haha and i'm sure others are too. nonetheless, amazing job as always.
I found this video very useful, but had to constantly pause it to be able to follow each step. I will need to review it again another few times to take it all in ! In the meantime, it would be helpful to have a summary of all the steps / options you demonstrated to work against - do you have this?
Only today Just some hours before, I got informed about your channel, that's , truly by your father, my childhood friend, whom I met accidentally.I subscribed at the moment.I enjoyed, especially your language. Wow ! Congratulations.
He already said it, but in case someone didn't hear, a reminder: Never try to defragment a SSD, the large number of write cycles could damage it pretty fast.
Your content is good! Subscribed! If I may, I want to recommend that you slow down a bit and allow yourself more time. The presentation is very stressing. And maybe you could think of stopping the chanting during presentation..? Greetings with thanks!!!
But say goodbye to all your apps and have fun learning how to use such a convoluted new system. Yes, they run better but they also have far less features and functionality. Also, they will run better... but noticeably? Not really.
Not really. With Wine, Lutris, PlayOnLinux, DXVK, VirtualBox and Steam installed, almost all Windows software will run and most Windows games. You have never run Linux? Linux Mint and Manjaro are very user friendly. Manjaro is #1 and Mint is #2 on Distrowatch website. Actually Windows has far less features and functionality and Microsoft is copying Linux to increase features and functionality in Windows 10. Those new features in Windows 10, most of it already existed in Linux for years.
Ubuntu, Mint, Fedora, Debian, and SteamOS. So yeah. I've run Linux. (not in that order) And Wine, PlayOnLinux, and VirtualBox are NOT perfect replacements for all things windows. Virtualbox is fine if your system supports proper hardware passthrough but not all hardware does. Wine is buggy and has minimal support for a lot of windows apps. Even playing an old Windows game on Linux is a bitch. As for PlayOnLinux... Only got bad memories of that. I had a try at completely replacing my windows a few times. Tried to get into Linux. It didn't work out. It's more of a pipe-dream if anything. Nothing substantive to it. If you like it, though. More power to you. I'll stick to something that doesn't require me to set up several layers of virtualisation (which inevitably slows the system down). And the "MS is copying linux" line is one I've heard before. It's also a fantasy. In short, there are more reasons for the fact that Linux has such a tiny share of the overall PC demographic than anyone could care to list. Top of the list is usually this: It's unintuitive, convoluted, and lacking.
Its not possible to completely replace Windows yet so don't bother trying that yet. And no, its not a fantasy, Microsoft is actually copying Linux, just recently they copied KDE Connect. The reason Linux desktop has tiny market share is only due to lack of software and games only available on Windows. Desktop is only where Linux has low footprint but developers can easily change that by porting software and games to Linux. Its all up to developers of software and games to skyrocket Linux desktop market share. The only reason unpopular OS like Windows is most used is simply cuz simply cuz most developers develop software/games only for Windows which forces user to use Windows which in turn generates Windows market share which in turn blinds more developers into thinking Windows is so popular so why develop for other platforms? when in reality everyone is forced to use Windows whether they realize it or not. Microsoft knows this very well that's why they can get away with all the spying/data collecting, keylogging, forced updates/upgrades, etc. in Windows 10 without providing opt-out.
Replacing Windows with Linux is still a myth only linux-user believe. I use my pc for gaming including vr (ok some will run on linux, but not all), and sound-recording. Try to get pro-DAWs like Pro-Tools or Cubase to run on linux. As well as pro-sound-equipment or modern audio-over ethernet-protocols will not run without a big effort on workarounds. The OS itself is brilliant if you don't depent on third party pro-software. But it's still not a solution for everybody and you still need advanced power-user-knowledge and a lot of time, when you have special demands.
Megumin that's the problem. deleting everything in the registry files is just bad. I do this every 2 years and I always watch if the file description says system files or Microsoft
Even after having an SSD u have 35.5 secs of boot time ??....my dell laptop has HDD and has like 7.3 secs of boot time...? Does boot time depends on system ? (Like pc or laptop)
Location services use a slight amount of resources, so for example, if you have a single core system with 2gb of memory and a Sata I HDD, location services can take up a lot of your resources. I tend to do small tweaks like this on old systems for elderly users who are trying to get the most out of the computers they already have.
