As a left handed middle I have a really great approach, my coaches wife threw the balls up the one time we were recording and threw them really off from where I can get to the ball on time. And both times I went to hit, I had to stutter step and it threw off speed and power from my hit. I really want to see better ways/angles to hit the ball and maybe incorporate my right arm soon.

when you try to hit sharp angle @ the 10 foot line. How is your arm swing motion like? (Normal swing motion is: top to bottom), so is it the same as when you hit down the line (which mean that I only adjust my shoulder to get the angle i like). Or I have to swing my arm from Top Upper Left to Lower Right to get the sharp angle?? THanks

Fabisss Ruval7 No compres esso way. No es bueno para ninos y adultos. La mejor maniera de aprender es batendo en la pelota con una levantada manual. Los ninos aprienden el tiempo y la leituria!

sorry my friend its good to see volleyball coaching,,,,, however girls body is square towards the far post & they are hitting slightly to the right which cannot be good for the shoulder nor its likely to be the strongist shot,,,, regards,,,,

Great video but after doing plenty of research it's sad to find out he's a liar when he said he has a girl that can touch 11 ft. when its never been done in the worldxD Maybe he meant she has an 11 inch vertical that's the only plausible thing haha.

A girl that touches 11'? The only way that is possible is if she is at least 6'6" (highly unlikely)and has a 36" vertical... Most girls verticals peak at about 24"... This guy is a lunatic if he actually thinks she can touch 11'...

the average girl has an arm length of 27 inches. THis coupled with the average vertical is totally doable. And this "guy" has 5 national championships under his belt. I think he knows what he is talking about.
