I feel like no matter how much makeup you wear you always still look like you (in a really good way!!!). Not really related to this video because this isn't even a lot but seriously you never look fake!! You just have one of those faces where your natural beauty always shines through your makeup
This was great for women with freckles! Better than any tutorial I’ve ever watched that was specifically meant for women with freckles! There doesn’t seem to be any really good info out there for us with freckles. This was hands down ten thousand times more helpful than anything I’ve seen and that includes videos from celebrity makeup artists. Trust me- I’ve looked and just end up frustrated and annoyed. I love this look so much!! I just recently moved from doing a full coverage makeup look to a more natural, light makeup look. Much like what you did in this video. My issue is that I have red hyper-pigmentation on my cheeks. When I spot conceal those areas, I end up covering my freckles, which is not what I want to do. IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Redness works great for the redness, but not so much for my freckles. I feel like I may have this issue no matter what concealer I use. It’s a bummer, but I’m not going to give up! Thx for the tutorial, Melissa! You’re beautiful! ❤️
I've been waiting for someone to make this tutorial! Do you have any recommendations for drugstore concealers to use for this? High end concealers just aren't in my budget right now.
Rachel Davis I would also love an answer to that question, I do have a few concealers that I’ve been using for years now that I like. I have freckles and redness in my skin, a lot on my cheeks. My go-to is almay clear complexion concealer, as well as NYX gotcha covered concealer for my under eye circles
The Catrice concealer in a pot(idk its exact name) is THE BEST for pimples, whereas I consider the Maybelline Fit Me! and the Age Rewind to be best affordable options for the undereye region! Hope this helps xx

I can totally relate to you about the sunspots. I have Melasma and that doesn’t go away not even with treatment. I use to sun tan a lot when I was young and never wore SPF. I’m very happy for you and can’t wait to see the results. Hope you heal soon.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This was great! I am not someone that can do or pull off extreme coverage foundation ( as a matter of fact I barely ever wear any foundation ) and if I do wear it - my skin looks ashy because of all the freckles underneath. This is a great idea, i have been doing only concealer for occasions now but I find I did not quite have the right method or products. Your result is stunning! Thank you :)
Spot concealing + undereye concealing is what I do everyday. I wear foundation maybe once a month. Was waaay different when my skin wasn't as good but now I don't need more :) + a little glowy bronzer, mascara and lip balm. I have so much more time in the mornings :D

Love this! I have a ton of freckles..plus I'm getting older and my skin type is changing (leaning more dry) I always use concealer only or Erborian CC creme. I like more natural makeup anyway. So two thumbs up for this video! :)

I love this no foundation tutorial! Your skin look so good and natural! Also, Jessica Clement has a lot of freckles and I think she does a good job on her makeup where she doesn't cover up her freckles. Go watch her natural makeup tutorials
So helpful Melissa. Thank you so much. I have the same issues with sun spots. Way too much tanning when I was "younger". I am 37 now and had a mohs procedure done already on my face. Spf. Is so needed, you never know. Also I have the same hair texture and anount. Always find myself tuning to your channel to learn more. Not really in to heavy make up or many steps since I am a working mom on the go. So this short and sweet "no foundation" is awesome. Keep up the good work. Looking for a natural long lasting, "clean" lip (crayon, lip liner, lipstick) to wear day to day. Any suggestions?
I do have freckles, so I tend to wear a CC cream, but it is ok beacause I love light coverage, just something to even out my skintone. I would love to try the Mac face and body! Thank you for this video!
