How to spot fake Stanley Tumbler Real vs Dupe !!

I work at an Academy store where real Stanley cups are sold and I'm a cashier. Yesterday, one of my coworkers, a cashier leader, told me and others about a customer who tried to return a fake Stanley cup in order to exchange it for a real one. The customer had went to one of my cashier coworkers to try to exchange the "Stanley" cup. My cashier coworker then showed the fake Stanley cup to the cashier team leader. She refused the return. Great job for both the cashier and cashier team leader!! 👏 👏👏 So now everyone at Academy knows the difference between a real Stanley cup and a fake one! Personally, if I were the cashier that the customer came to, I would've realized right away that her "Stanley" cup is fake by looking at the color of the lid and refused the return. Some people will try anything these days!! Smh

Just noticed the fake has screws with Phillips head, my Stanley (from their site) has screws with Allen head

Only the recycle sign inside and the handle size, screws are the difference I had one almost same with the real except this two things!!

I buy Stanley this week but I think it‘s fake one.. I’m so sad… It’s like almost $50 dollars..

That's not a "recycle" sign on the bottom. It's a guide for placing the top to close it so the straw ends up where you want it.

I got a fake one that has the screws and the recycle sign. I knew it was fake because it felt different and the base ans height were different.

I have two, my parents called me crazy cause i kept thinking one was different! Im hars of seeing, so the biggest indicator was the inside! One is fake and one is real!
