It's that "BW"-thing (forbidden word). Took me years to improve this. The key is to avoid extension of the lumbar spine at the start. Wider stance, toes and knees out more than you want to may also be necessary, at least for long legged lifters with a deep hip socket. And bracing like there's no tomorrow, of course.
Do new balance shoes 👟 help with the squats? 😅 What would be the best squat shoes? I got a pair of INOV-8 FASTLIFT POWER G 380 and recently purchased a pair of TYR Men's L-1 Lifter as well.
