How To Squeeze Money From A Tenant Who Is NOT Paying Rent 

Being from a legal field student I was helpless to take any legal action against a tenant ...he haven't paid one month rent...demage our property, he had broke many house rules which we orally agreed upon ... Our mistake was that we didn't made a wrttn agreemnt for renting just becoz we trusted him as he belongs from reputed professn.... We never took maintenance money, nor any security deposit for that....when we ask for the rent he simply deny of that we had never make a wrttn agremnt i will not pay .....itz a lesson Never trust anyone ...evn some eduacted people r doing scam

I understand that the new MTA 2021 tells that if a landlord files a case against a tenant, it should be closed within 60 days, but you mentioned that the case might go longer . Can you please clarify this. Most of the people dont go to court is due to this long legal time. Also can you please share info like, the notice to vacate the property to be given to the tenant, should that notice be prepared by a lawyer ?

Dear sir kindly advice, if tenant has evicted/vacated without giving rent,electricity bill,gas bill & now is in denial mode that i don't have money ,will pay you when I'll get money etc. Keep on making excuses and it has been 5-6 months since he vacated the place. Please advice how to recover the money in such scenario.

Sir i got a tenant he paid. it's going to be 2 months not paid rent and Half Deposit. I haven't done agreement. He as told that after paying deposit we make agreement. Now he is not paying rent or Deposit. I have told him to vacate house verbally in 30 days. What should I do legally.

Sir,we have a property which was being used as an office by the tenant... tenant (she) has not paid the rent for 7 months and not even paid the electricity bill for 2 months ...she has been giving excuses every now n then ... saying that she doesn't have money,she is going abroad or she is in some other city n etc.Now she again has given a date for ending the issue ...what if she lies and claims of being harrassed physically..and she is a woman so she will be obviously heard first!though the property is under my wife's name... should i register a police case already just for safer side?what should I do...pls help ?
