Thank you for the information. For someone who works as a full time IT employee in Germany, would it be possible to start a Romanian company to work as a contractor and get paid from Germany as a contractor? Would it be problem for German taxes even if I move to Romania as a tax resident? It would be great if you could make a content on this :)

Hello! I will take into consideration this subject for new video. But what can I say now is that all this is possible only if the contract or what you have to do is from distance or online - like software developing, programming, online sales, etc. If the business requires your physical presence in Germany and you stay there more than 180 day, you need to ask in Germany what taxes you have to pay as resident. If you move in Romania, there will be no problem, you can have how many contracts you want. But I will prepare something in the future regarding this issue.

Hello - first of all if you want to be self employed entrepreneur (meaning PFA) you must have CNP (Personal Identification Number) - which you can not get it if you do not stay here in Romania. But if you want to be self employed entrepreneur (as SRL - micro-company) - then is possible to do it from wherever in the world. So if you start an LLC in romania, if you dont make any profit you dont pay taxes? This is what puzzles me, if lets say you make SRL or PFA and make no profit, what happens then? Lets say you want to start your own business but your not sure if you will make profit for 6 months.

Hello, it is possible to bring people from all those countries, but there are a lot of conditions that you need to take into consideration and unfortunately for companies that are newly set up it will not be possible to respect them. So what I would advise you is to have the company created, to have activity here and hire people from Romania and only after this you can bring people from abroad.
