I am a licensed childcare provider in Germany and I am profitable so far. But my biggest problem is that in Germany the government normally pays almost all of the childcare fees for the families (the families pay the government accordingly to their financial situation and then the government pays me)... so it's the most common way... I am not allowed to take additional money from the families (besides reasonable costs for food). So I am stuck with what the government pays me. So my question is how am I going to attract people to pay themselves so I can increase my income? I am the only bilingual daycare so far which already got me some clients but still just government payed ones... Do you have any tips on that topic?

With licensing can I take cda classes to get my admin certificate to run ? I have a building in mind but I cant understand how much do I really need to start.
Yes..A CDA will allow you to obtain certifcation that can qualifi you to be the Director or Teacher. Some states may also have other qualifications you will need to go along with these, so be sure to check with them.
