Wow this is awesome Sean! Didn't think I'd see this collab! The youtube channels and inbound leads conversation was pretty interesting to me. I'd be curious as to at you or Dawsons scale, roughly how many leads your channel is bringing in per month? Considering doing something like this for my own business....in a different niche of course. :)

Thanks Tyler! RU-vid is a great way to generate leads. The interesting thing is... the number of leads I get from RU-vid isn't that high... perhaps 1-2 per month. However they are VERY high quality, and many of them turn into new clients. I would say 1 RU-vid lead is worth 30 leads from paid ads.

hi sean, i saw the interview and it's amazing. i have my agency already but no clients and i took the cold calling method but still didn't get the first clients is there any advice for cold calling getting to dentist etc.. also making a YT channel will take time but will pay off. but since dawson got it from cold calling like any tips ?

Hey man, thank you! Combine cold calling with DM's and you can possibly try running your own paid ads as well. It's not easy in the beginning. You really have to keep pushing.

hey sean if i am just starting out my smma in dental niche ,is it possible to scale it now ?saturated?

To be honest, it isn't easy - but it is possible. My advice is to skip cold emails and cold calls - you need to leverage your network or build authority to dentist. This could be paying to present at a dental conference or making organic content (like this video) that ranks well that Dentists find.

@@DAMNGOOD-o6n - to be honest, most "typical" niches are pretty saturated. However I don't say that to discourage you. It is still very much possible. I would suggest you test a few.
