It can be worth it. However, I’d argue on-page isn’t worth it as an agency. At least, not packaged as SEO. I’d focus on sales driven content marketing.
There's people getting clients left and right that I know so I think that tells me it's not saturated at all. I mean when you think about it, how many marketers are out there vs how many businesses?
