Thank you so much for this! It really solidifies something that has been on my heart. I looked at every homeschool group in my area and decided to not join any. Because all I wanted was a nature group. This is so helpful. I don’t want to join just any group and even though there are no nature groups it doesn’t mean I should give up on it and maybe even create one!!

We met weekly but this coming year it will be twice per month. We mostly went by my interest and found so much to choose from! I also used Exploring Nature with Children and that was helpful bc it’s seasonal and not topical.
Great question! This past year they stayed with mama and explored or drew in their own little books. I am planning to have two moms this year pull little ones aside while older ones are journaling and have them read a short nature story. Last year we didn’t really have too many and they all stayed with mama. This coming year our littles crowd is going to be strong so will need more structure!
