There's a lot of verbiage in this video I'm unfamiliar with and I'm kind of intimidated by all of this, but I have dreamed for years to open up a home for homeless women and after several years of working in a nonprofit, I know that the dream is achievable and necessary. We have a decently sized center where we take care of more than 340 animals, provide them with food, bathe them, and play with them, we are planning on opening another branch of the organisation in Kolkata, India(Main branch in jamshedpur)

The concept between these two documents is the same, you need these documents as part of starting your business as a legal entity. Literally it cost a lot to Kickstart a non profit especially in this part of the world , I had to put mine on hold for years but we did give it a try with no experience this year and it was a fair shot, if you don't get donations or you don't know how to run campaigns you can always try grants.
