Finding deals has bene very hard for me. I've found that it's over saturated and too many people are doing it Ur chances of finding a deal are incredibly slim. It's not about how hard u work. It's about who u know
Who you know helps. However, understanding 'a deal' means different things to different people. There are always property opportunities in every market, they are just not always the same.

I’m a beginner that’s trying to source a deal for myself and the way I look and understand it is, let’s say I’m a cash buyer with a certain budget looking for a certain property deal for myself and in the process if I come across a deal that’s not for eg affordable for me as a cash buyer I can possibly pass this deal on but as a beginner who would I sell it to, especially if I don’t know anyone (an investor) ?

If you are concerned about that then you give people part of a process to do so that they have a piece of the jigsaw but not the whole picture. I prefer to try and find people I can trust to work with.

I found it took me time to build relationships with investors. If you have good deals, they will easily sell. You just need to tell enough people what you do.
