Ehmad bhai such a great podcast and very insightful, I want you to please also highlight the difference between product based company vs service based company, we know the general difference I want you to highlight in terms of work culture and also in terms of employee growth. because from very little experience I have is service based companies tend to rush whereas product based companies are little laid-back .
I think the biggest question in this, for a tech and non tech founder both, is how to find good resources, More difficult for non tech founders, but finding a good person, in terms of tech and business development both, is very difficult I believe
Thanks for the video but I've one request to you sir Tahir. I've not seen any podcast where someone will guide how to get the business. What are the different sales funnels except freelancing. What are the other ways like getting business through Linkedin etc. If any founder explain the possible sales funnel and how to use those sales funnels, then this would be very helpful to know and grow as a company. Before you figure out a sales funnel, you need to figure out if you’re going to rely on an inbound strategy which would mean working on your Brand & network or an outbound strategy where you figure out a Demand Capture / Generation Marketing funnel / plan.
