@@Andreas-gh6is depending what the customer needs, have you noticed how companies (particularly ones that take bill payments over phone) have transitioned to almost entirely not requiring you to talk to a human to pay, often even charging a fee to pay with a human.. you can get a robot to restart your cable modem remotely.. i wouldnt care if a chatbot handled my amazon return instead of a human.. there are lots of use cases for chatbots that have access to the tools to solve the customers problem

Just a little confession here I have dropped college thinking to start short form content agency but I have a feeling that this is it, AAA is the way 🤞
I don't recommend the college drop, but... Ryan Reynolds confessed that he dropped out of college after 1 hour! I went for a whole day myself and went on to competitively drive race cars with two Andretti offspring, Jeff and John - later started my own cellphone company that became a multi-million effort that I ran successfully for 10 years. I didn't punch out like Reynolds did for $1.6B but hey, I'm not Ryan Reynolds! I built my company up with an initial $10k investment and saw others try while spending $30m trying to copy what I'd done. Point is, as Liam suggests, if you really want this deal, it can be yours and the amazing thing is that it's so incredibly big that everyone currently in AAA Incubator will be hard-pressed to meet the demand. This is really big and like nothing that's ever come about before. College isn't always required, but it can sometimes make things a lot easier, but for some, easy isn't the way forward... Most jobs don't need college or university, rather a portfolio, and maybe a certificate. Colleges and universities are mostly for very toxic social engineering, and excessive unnecessary courses for them to rack up more tuition costs that you cannot default on if you take out a loan that they really hope you do take for all the interest that they pile up (so much for the unoriginallll and debunked Bible [I'm a deist like the American Founding Fathers and fellow Jewish brother, Einstein] with charging no interest...). Colleges and universities overly stress out people, too. Elon Musk, while not sensible about remote work, gets it right on colleges and universities mostly being bad places. Just as many scientists criticize them, too.

I invented the internet. And then when websites became a thing I was the father of the website agency model. Then when smartphones came out I was the father of the mobile website agency model. Then I fathered social media marketing agencies. I've been busy. It's a good thing I can engage in rudimentary thinking on basic concepts.

To be honest, I watched the entire video and I have learned a lot. However, when it comes to why I feel as if I can't just "get started", it comes down to the fact that I have never delved into anything like this before. It would be very helpful to learn alongside someone who has been through the struggles, so that I can avoid them/overcome them and get straight into getting sales and clients. I feel like I just need some guidance.
The struggles are the lessons that everyone needs. Won't know how to deal with things and overcome obstacles yourself if someone holds your hand the whole way. Best case scenario, find like minded friends and learn together, but thar way ya still have someone to spitball with and take care of multiple tasks at once. It helps a lot.

Thanks Liam for the great video! I taught digital marketing for five years, but I quit last year to focus on ChatGPT and related AI developments. I estimate that ChatGPT has reduced the barrier to entry by about 60 to 90 % (whether one thinks of startup capital, time invested, resources needed, knowledge required, etc.). Your video explains and illustrates the fundamentals of marketing in a very practical format or scenario (AAA agency). Even viewers who don't intend to immediately start an agency, should at least feel HOPE that if their jobs were eliminated by AI, they CAN do something online. Amazing video Liam, couldn't wish for more! In-depth analysis of viable business models. Luckily enough, these are times with high emotions and low competition. I tried benchmarking but found very very little. Me myself I'll be targetting the tourist industry that is so so popular in my country, Italy. Building Support chatbots for them that will deal 24/7 with customers via Whatsapp. They will build travel plans according to their needs and offer continuos support. One thing that is actually great that you did not mention in the video is door knocking. Simply going to local businesses, in my case reaching out to hotels, asking for 5 minutes of their time and going for it. Face to face. As for what you said in the last minutes of the video: the biggest struggle I face with it is managing to actually sell the service after selling the call, and getting to the meeting part. I would love to do a 20 minute consulting for the YT automation Agency focal point that i'm starting with, I feel I have most of my starter business frameworks are setup including who I need to on-board for what, and how my position will scale within the model. I have been active on the Prompt engineering and ML with openai, but not on local or client models because the latency I ran into was too long when I was experimenting and it halted my progress. we'll see with the restaurant, because addressing those painpoints might shift my whole agency on that niche and scale there and not build on any other not needed frameworks outside of the niche' but at the moment i'm grabbing where the money is flying first and than I can breakdown the niche' and the business stickyness and un-able to get rid of me because of the amazing roi

Few questions: 1) The tools used (Botpress, Voiceflow, Zapper etc), do you ask the client to pick up the monthly cost for these tools or is is added to the monthly retainer? 2) Do you provide the source code files to the client or say its maintained by us & have control over it 3) SOPs - do you use Notion for this & is it possible to share a sample template?

Liam, I watched your entire video, looking for a side hustle as a retiree. I retired from an industry that this type of business would be a great idea for an ongoing client delivery funnel. Unfortunately, this is more like a career type of offer or business plan that I wish I had when I was in my twenties or thirties. As someone who is retired, I am seeking something much less involved. Although, you do have an excellent power point that you've explained expertly, I can't see retiree's doing this much investigation nor daily work for a side hustle. Something to consider, if you don't have a technical background as well as no experience coding then you are in the same position as your clients, they too can just use the same no-code tools you are using to create their own bots minus the cost for your time. Once your client figures out how you implemented their bots with no code, they will likely end up doing it themselves in order to save money. As a Software Engineer by day, I plan on exploring this niche, but I can offer custom bots and automation incorporating integrations. AI needs to be retrained or refined periodically as the data or context changes; the no-code tools you use may not easily support ongoing enhancements.
