we do it as we need our packaging to be secure so we need to first make them ready for courier. but you can also ask your courier company to do it for you. also you can buy these black and white packages from amazon in bulk

You can buy any small weighing scale from Amazon or you can just get an idea that it is lesser than 500 g. So you can either put that as well. There is no need of rechecking the weight every now and then

Hey, thank you so much, you can take the orders from Instagram by replying them to the messages directly and later on you can open a website to make it more manageable and reachable to the audience and customers . For courier, I use the app ship rocket. It keeps all my orders track on one place and makes it easier for me to manage all.

Hey Anita , We receive money through gpay/paytm/upi id like a normal transaction that we do through Google pay and UPI Id it is done in the same way by ur customer then you dispatch the order Yes For this I have created another bank account in which I just deal with my business customers so in that case the risk is less and you can share that number and account details with your customers prefer sbi or boi banks they have very less minimum balance issues and are good to deal with online payments! If a Prepaid order returns back because of the following sreasons: customer refuses or noone was available Another scenario the package has reached wrong location. Or package was not handed over and just left outside and someone else stolen it and the customer asks refund what do you do??

This is the reason I choose prepaid delivery and if they won’t refund for the wrong item or damage product then the refund will be proceeded but will be needing a video proof and that should be already mentioned on your website or while taking the order. In other cases, the order will return back to you if the location was wrong or if no one was available but you have to bear the delivery charges
