Great videos Sirs... I currently run a school in a 3 bedroom bungalow on an half plot of land, the land belongs to me. So i would like to transform it into Nigerian structural standard with 15 rooms on an L-Shape structure.... Please tell me, is it possible, is my plan feasible? The engineer of my project told me that the size of the land is not enough to meet the government requirements on airspace and setbacks, therefore, the surveyor has increased the survey plan to be approved by the state. government. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated. Especially in the future, I do not want any issues. Many thanks
