Yeah a $100k home sold at $200k as a flip may get you a $10-$30k profit because you have to RENOVATE! and that costs money but the purpose of flipping is to make a half years worth of income in a month or two. Well for me at least. 😊 this is a beautiful flip. I’m moving to houston area to be a Realtor and before I saw this video it was my intention to flip homes after I learned the ins and outs of real estate through this career and create my own business just like you and your husband have done. So yes great job creating this lane for yourself and your clients for sure!

Yes, please! I definitely want to get out of having buyers & sellers be my primary source of income but the idea of dealing with contractors makes me cringe. Looking forward to hearing how you do it!

I’m about to get my license, and was wondering if you could do a video for starting your career in a sellers market? I know it can be hard especially with the economy being the way it is now to sell homes when people aren’t looking to buy but instead looking to sell. I would love to know how you navigate through that and any helpful tips and tricks. Your videos have been amazing and honestly has taught me a lot about the business before even getting into it!

Great video!! Investing is what made me interested in real estate. Ironically my first sale as a realtor was an investment property. I was the buyers agent. And seeing that hud-1. I was like 🤔 I need to learn this business.
