This project lies between or near the communities of San Felipe, Santa Ana and El Chorrilo which are areas with high crime and violence indices. You can regularly hear gunshots in the area.

However, people gets very confused on where each specific property is located, and generalizations are made easily because the names of the neighborhoods tend to be such a wide canvas for many areas. Las Clementinas is located on B Avenue and 9th, actually next to the police station of San Felipe, at the entrance of the neighborhood as you go up the hill.
