I am a beginner, if lets say i want to sell sarees, my biggest concern is how do i avail the services of models, and are there any agencies who are specifically doing such work, who wear the sarees and provide us the photographs etc, can you make a video on how you get models for shooting.

No you don't need to have GST number initially. You can purchase upto 40 lacs without GST but yes, when you are dealing in bulk and reach to 35 lacs turnover after purchasing you need to have GST number. nope you don't need GST number to purchase goods (textile material ) from any where. We are from Thane , Maharashtra & into kids wear segment. We only need your PAN card / Aadhar Card for billing purpose. We sell goods with GST and its not necessary buyer also have GST number.
In Sarees, I have also heard that Surat based players & big brands are claiming design copyrights. Please be careful which sourcing the designs and try buy from authentic dealers/ distributors of Sarees, specially from Surat.

really confused select the sarees category...maximum r coming in Surat side which whole sale price are Rs 45 to 180 .but online retail is 299 to 399 and these sarees r very cheap quality and uncomfortable . also ..but these are the best seller.....Moumita I belong in Bengal and we get lots of good quality cotton and silk sarees which manufacturers are available in Bengal ..but why not these sarees are not selling in online??
Coz seller in Kolkata wholesale market they sell cheap surat saree. Ecommerce seller need to get to regional saree suppliers and bring unique and original items under their brand name
