I want to get started on Poshmark but I have a question about pricing. If you sell an item for $100 how much do you make after shipping and/or other fees? Thanks in advance. 😊

Do sellers need to deliver the goods to customer's door within 1-3 days ? 1-3 days' shipping seems like sellers need to stock them at hand...

@@bedtimestoryzzz 1-3 days to ship the item. So it just needs to be scanned in as dropped off with the carrier within 3 days.

@@HustleSlow Mercari banned me permanently for claiming I sent personal information in a message - they are ridiculous with that I know so many people they have done this too , they legit just deleted all my posts and banned me. I was so upset because I feel like that’s the best one - I really have no luck on poshmark or ebay but I really never have either much time. I’m now focusing on poshmark and getting to 20k followers so my items can be listed on the newsfeed and get more noticed, I might just be biased with Mercari because I have developed a collecting obsession which is really bad because I spend more time buying then even listing and now have about 500+ items over 5000 worth of inventory and like 50 things posted so maybe good things I’m banned. I sell a lot of vs Pink collectors items like store displays , rare items, Starbucks cups, jeffree Starr makeup, and tons of stuff I cleaned out that I never wore or gently used. I also buy pallets on the bulq app so I just got a box of women’s clothing retail value of 1650 for 225$. All brand new with tags in plastic , nice brand like style & co, Vince Camuto, free people and more. I was just talking to someone earlier about how I wanted to learn a craft or sell something that is custom & the first thing I mentioned was digital files. I have been wanting to for a long time and just so happens the first video I watched of yours was your 5 streams of income which that’s one of them. Do you happen to have a video where you break down how to organize yourself because I tend to have so many ideas and want to start so many things like how you have 5 streams I would start all 5 at once and never fully get Anything done because I need to learn how to start where to start, complete one and move on. I am going to get your digital items you mentioned in that video, I also bought the profit first book which came with same day delivery but I guess what I am trying to ask is if you would suggest I at least stick to reselling even if it’s only all the items I bought since I invested so much. THEN when that’s all listed and selling I can think about moving onto affiliate, fiverr, & maybe digital items because those are 3 things I have been wanting to do. I took courses on seo , Wordpress and have a membership through wealthy affiliates where I learned all about how to make money blogging etc. I know I need to sell this inventory first because my entire house looks like a store front and I want to make money back plus profit but I can’t seem to ever get eBay sales and poshmark isn’t looking to promising lol. I need your help gurlllllll And I apologize for that novel long message I hope you have time to read and respond

@@Fetchestofthemall I really recommend spending all of your time making ONE thing successful first, then optimizing it and streamlining it as much as possible so it continues to do well with less work and then you can move on to building something else :)

Be careful with Poshmark. I didn’t receive my item, reached out for 7th times. No one has responded. I lost my money on that. Don’t fall for stupid advertisements

Label printers are definitely not necessary! You can just print on a piece of paper and tape it on, or buy half sheet labels. I have a Poshmark shipping video as well, you can go check that out :)

Yes, you make up the $1.80 difference when you offer a shipping discount to your likers. :)

@@Rain-di2bq On Poshmark yes! They actually have a deal with USPS where their users can use flat rate boxes. Unfortunately, some people do have issues with their USPS locations taking the packages. But technically, yes.

It’s usps.com The links she shared are for shipping supply’s u can buy. USPS u can get them for free for priority mail like the boxes ect. U can order them on their website by the packs and they will deliver them to ur address

You just have to be really good about taking the item down! It has happened to me a few times and I just have to cancel one of the orders, unfortunately.
