I’m equally obsessed with my Turks! I don’t care one whit for spinning on a drop spindle, but the Turkish spindle is magic. Your demo of how to wind is the best I’ve seen. I hope you have a great trip! harpingJanet

My wheel spun if definitely more consistent! But I am cutting myself a little slack, I just started Turk spinning in late Nov 23.

@@jkfiberarts one thing I found important, and I see your turk maker understands this, is knowing the weight of your spindles...light for fine, heavier for thicker singles or plying...it does matter. But it is such a portable way to get spinning done.
