In my life I’ve lost everything more often than not. Full homes gone etc. I’ve lived without until finally realizing Attachments is the key to all suffering. Even attachments towards people. Now I live with abundance. Thanks to Eckhart.
It's easy to live with abundance if you consider it to be just enough to live on. In that case our definition of abundance is easily satisfied when our wants are modest. 😊 😊😊

To the person reading this message, The Universe is saying to you today: "I am going to opennew doors for you. Miracles will happen in your life. Healing and restoration are being released. Your greatest days of productivity and prosperity are on the horizon. Keep moving forward." I love you❤️
But what is if you keep on looking and looking for your purpose and are afraid you will never find it? maybe the purpose simply is to be present, realizing your aliveness and follow your intuition to embrace this aliveness? just thinking.. :)
I love it when Eckhart is given Questions by people because he can answer anything put to him. He is a Professor, Scholar, and a pure Genius in my eyes. I respect this humble man so much and I am very grateful for him being alive in my time to guide me through life and to show me the way to reach enlightenment.
@@AlviSultan Yes, I understand you Sultan. I have had four awakening experiences last year yet I am still the same guy I've always been, except I am a lot more aware of the spiritual realm and my higher self who had contacted me but I still have much to learn before I reach enlightenment. Thank you.❤️
To extend yourself is truly his point, try listening to a question then pause the video , answer the question yourself then play the video , the road ,path which eckhart is on is open to all humans , dont become attached to teachers , extended yourself and express your heart 😊
Eckhart Tolle removed immense amounts of mind-created suffering from my life. How liberating the discovery that who we are in essence always remains far removed the melodrama of our respective life situations! I like that line of Ram Dass: “Turn you melodrama into a mellow drama.”
When they said he was going crazy, he was awakening. When they said that he was isolating, he was healing. When they said he was acting funny, he was growing. When they said that he had changed, he was evolving. When they said he did not care anymore, he finally realized that his peace lives within. When they said she was going crazy, she was awakening. When they said that she was isolating, she was healing. When they said she was acting funny, she was growing. When they said that she had changed, she was evolving. When they said she did not care anymore, she finally realized that her peace lives within. When they said she was becoming distant, she was learning to trust herself. When they said she was losing touch, she was finding her inner voice. When they said she was being stubborn, she was asserting her boundaries. When they said she was aloof, she was finding solitude and serenity. When they said she was being unrealistic, she was dreaming bigger.
The key idea of the video is that accepting loss, taking responsibility for one's life, and living with presence and mindfulness are essential for creating abundance and experiencing a high-quality life. 00:00 💡 Acceptance of loss is crucial before taking action to create new forms of abundance, as resigning oneself to the loss leads to suffering and negative reactions. 02:16 💡 Acceptance of what is and listening within to determine what needs to be done are key steps in taking responsibility for your life and creating abundance. 03:56 🤔 If what you do is primarily a means to an end rather than an end in itself, it leads to unhappiness and lack of fulfillment. 05:13 🔑 Taking responsibility for your life means being present and mindful in your actions, rather than viewing them as mere means to an end, as constantly seeking the next moment leads to a low-quality life lacking presence. 07:26 🔑 The value of your life is determined by its quality, not quantity, and this includes enjoying quality time with others and engaging in activities beyond work. 08:41 🔑 Living a life of high quality is not determined by the city you live in, but by giving full attention to what you do. 09:45 👉 Choose to approach every action in your life with presence and without stress, reluctance, impatience, or irritation, as these negative emotions only serve to lower the quality of your life and reinforce your false sense of self. 11:08 💡 By removing resistance patterns such as complaining, wanting to be elsewhere, irritation, impatience, and stress, one can experience a complete transformation in their life without changing their external circumstances.
@@user_sid.fj.u do you mean that it’s not possible to live peacefully and spiritually in just any place? I agree; there are some very low vibration areas and some very high ones…
I honestly still have a way to go. Some days especially my mornings I can enjoy every moment as it comes; the running, chilling by the sun, music and a cold bath but when I have to go to work I can feel my resistance ascending and my ego driving me to old patterns and habits. And then I start thinking; “I’ve got to make these numbers, I need new strategy, blah blah as my resistance intensifies”. It can be challenging but I do have a feeling of how I can best operate in presence even in a job that I don’t necessarily love I just have to keep practicing fully understanding that ultimately “I am here now, all of me is here now “. Thank you always Mr Tolle.
Take away for me: "If you do something as a means for an end you will have a low quality of life" = What you are doing will just not work positively for you. Thank you ET.
"Our world today is about speed. Everyone seems to be in a rush, yet most of people are unsatisfied; and, they have no clue where they're going. Chasing the next best thing is a fruitless endeavor. It's the rare person who slows down to enjoy the present moment, regardless of its nature." (30 Days to Reduce Anxiety, by Harper Daniels). This small mindfulness book and The Power of Now have been so helpful to me. It's important to slow down and detach.
There’s no trying in Beingness. It all happens naturally, spontaneously, meaning this moment….no concern about thought overlay. In being the Beingness, life is on automatic. All simply happens effortlessly. Namaste, Chetana
If you close your eyes you can see the only thing you possess. Your soul and limitless space and awareness. Love, peace, joy are things you can feel there.
4:07 I'm hearing: Is whatever you're doing a means to an end?.. OR is it an end to means? Blessings and thanks to eckhart and all. What a beautiful vessel we are, you are, I am ❤
it's so true.🙏 And if you don't intuit this I think you can't intuit anything else everything remains on the surface and you grope on the edge of nothing risking falling there at any moment... So grateful 💓🙏✨
@@midnightblue2893 I'm not particularly fond of anything mundane?..it drives me absolutely bonkers, LOL!..so I feel for you girl, I really do. Your so funny, I love it!😊
Eckhart could you please do a video offering guidance on the issue of extraterrestrial visitation? I know you don’t do event based commentary but this is quickly becoming a source of confusion and turmoil for many people. ❤️
Such common sense Eckhart thank you. New things and moments without the material is freedom, in the now without objectives is rather sublime actually. Harry
People think that different situations, for example, losing a home, job, car, investments, relationship, or even health, require different essential treatment, responses, or actions. They don't. The details of the situation or loss are incidental. They all first require acceptance of what is, what cannot be changed. This is always the first step in reducing, alleviating, or processing suffering. This is because FROM acceptance, stillness, peace, and inner spaciousness, right view, right thought, right speech, and right action rise naturally. From acceptance and inner spaciousness, you will be naturally empowered to figure out what's in your best interest moving forward and what to do about it. Am I primarily serving my ego, to inflate my self-image? Am I creating suffering for myself and others? Am I trying to escape the present moment? These are all the essential, fundamental questions we should be regularly asking ourselves in any given situation.
I wish this message would "stick" with me. I can hear it, see and feel the truth in it, want to live that way...but it just keeps fading away, and I get pulled back into anxiety. I know that starting in half the battle...sometimes it feels like the whole battle.
Thank you so much. Always. my loss I feel is always Inner things" . I feel I lost being able to be presrnt. aware. meditative state. well, the pkace I live in is loud, low quality, feng shui nightmare! that's what my sense of loss is.
I love your power of now book and have read it and dipped in to it many times. But I still struggle with being present. When you say are your actions a means to an end...most of mine are! I can feel stressed going food shopping or cooking...it's ridiculous! But this was a lovely reminder and I feel much calmer and more present now so thank you 😊 love from England ❤
I can’t say that I’ll never feel tremendous grief when I lose any of my pets. It takes a little while to accept, but I see how it helps one move through the grief.
Is acceptance of what is, sometimes, a gradual process? I guess we will not force acceptance never, even when we have used denial in the past and are accostumed to that bad habit. Thank you for your teachings, it is good for me to understand the extend of my identification of the conditioning of my mind
Hyperinflation and recession this decade made a lot of people lose their adulthoods and regress that they cannot be independent anymore. Before recession and inflation, if I had made what I make and had the savings I had today, I would have been able to become a complete adult with a house and full control of my destiny. The socioeconomic conditions prevented many to be independent, responsible adults, in my opinion. Hence, this sociological phenomenon.
I like that song by the talking heads: once in a lifetime. “This is not my beautiful house, this is not my beautiful wife” we live more than one lifetime here
The character yoda was drawn form from the collective subconscious via imagination and i believe it was based on you eckhart, meaning you are the real hero, i know it's true actually you've been here a longgggg time like me helping everyone, that character is a memory a "shadow" of you, i'm weirdly certain about this tbh, and the mission is borderline successful master, finally after all of it....the true happy ending for everyone, the 1000 years of peace. You did so well i'm happy to have been here with you, i read the power of now it was amazing=) neville goddard's "the power of awareness" blew everyone else away though even me i never wrote anything that good hahaha he gets best book=)
