But it's very interesting to me! Thank you! As someone who does a lot of different types of movements, I've dabbled a bit with soft acrobatics myself and would love to do some basic tricking as well, so this was perfect!
Dear Johzuke Sir, love from India... I am superfond of tricking and lately found your videos to be of great help, more so because tricking is not much popular here... If possible do arrange a playlist as Beginner... Intermediate...Advanced... Bcoz ryt now m pretty confused and overwhelmed as to from where should I start.... Thanks for your beautiful videos...Much love
Very instructive, if not just for the warmups which seem to have many uses (not just for tricking). I'm reaching 40 and need to stretch/warmup as much as possible before any form of exercise(no it doesn't get better with age 😆).
Great teachers deserve the same type of Students, thx for Your efforts, this quality really could be an expensive tricking dvd set or website membership. Thx times 100 or more.
In our tricking school the Level 1 moves are exactly the same... tornado, hook, b-kick, cartwheel, and pop 360. So I can attest that these are great for beginners! Great job explaining them all in a simple way. 👍🏻
Legendary stuff man, I've got a few friends wanting to get into tricking and they say your tutorials are the best and easiest for them to understand. They do struggle with the progressions sometimes I think from a lack of air awareness, the ones where you slowly invert the trick they are a little worried about landing but overall your videos are incredibly valuable to anyone regardless of skill.
Really glad to hear this! It is not easy to learn many of these tricks even with good instructions. Takes a long time and a lot if repetitions for the mind to adapt to the small changes. The only way is to keep training, learning and adapting.
your the truth bro plz keep up the amazing work.i personally enjoy your videos and find them very helpful. Especially me being pretty much the only tricker in my state. so from Kanss with many thanks keep it up.. Love bruh
Hey mate this tutorial really inspired me to pursue tricking along with the coin drop tutorial u made , could u possible also make one for more flexibility in the legs to help get better kicks and keep our hamstrings more flexible to make our other moves look cooler too?
@@johzuke1 thanks will do and i also attempted the coin drop tutorial u made but i am having trouble with actually getting onto the ground after doing the transformer and i continuesly keep banging my head either agains my arm or against the ground
Cork swing cork requires a good understanding of landing a cork with at least a small eagle position with a pretty upright chest position. Good luck with training it!
You should do tricking training mainly for learning tricks. Do conditioning appropriate to your body so that you can adress your specific weaknesses that ate limiting you from progressing faster when training the actual tricks.
how should I approach starting tricking if I still have an injury? I have a plantar fascia injury where the bottom of my feet hurts. should I include really easy variations of jumping and do low volume, or should I avoid it entirely until my legs are fully healed first
If you are the wisest, recover them completely first. I know from experience that this is the best way to go. Still, I don't always do that myself either.
