فارم کے شہد اور جنگل کی آزاد مکھیوں کے شہد میں بہت فرق ہوتا ہے، ہمارے اپنے علاقے میں لوگ پہاڑوں میں جا کر درختوں سے شہد اتارتے ہیں۔۔۔ میں خود وہاں سے چھوٹی مکھی اور بڑی مکھی کا شہد خریدتا ہوں اور لاہور میں بیچتا ہوں۔۔۔ جبکہ ہمارے ضلع کے ساتھ ٹچ ضلع کرک میں شہد کی فارمنگ کا بہت بڑا بزنس ہوتا ہے، فارمنگ کے شہد میں بھی بہت ساری گوالٹیاں ہیں۔۔۔ ناراضگی معاف۔۔۔ جس ریٹ پہ آپ بتا رہے ہیں وہ بہت کم گوالٹی کا شہد ہوتا ہے ۔

@@AzadChaiwala Yes and what they actually do is that they let the bees get the nectar (that they originally had to get from flowers), now they have prepared this sharbat (water and sugar mixed) and place it just at some distance so bees just suck that (so called sugar) instead of getting the actual nectar from flowers and honey is all done and ready is far less time. That's how they speed up this process, this is absolutely ridiculous which was supposed to be a "shifaah" for our healths is now sugar.
