With a busy schedule that includes travelling all around the world, Mr Player has developed tips and tricks to stay in incredible shape, despite no longer competing at the top of the game.
As a recently retired international athlete, Ireland legend Brian O’Driscoll has travelled to Carnoustie, 50 years on since Mr Player’s victory in the 1968 Open Championship, to ask the golfing legend one question: how does he stay in such great shape?
