When I was in 11th my mother came to me and said that ki jitna time tmhre papa job me rehte hai utne ka agr 50% time v tum padh loge tb tmse saari exams crack ho jayengi...this line make me motivated for 3 yrs and I crack IIT and I m currntly in IITD ... I don't agree cause Discipline is what, actually everytime you think you're tired or you don't want to do studies then it is that motivation of your mom's sentence that help you get discipline So I disagree with sir, actually discipline is supported by motivation without motivation you cannot be disciplined

I think motivational tonic hamesha time to time milta rhna chahiye..... ek baar kahi gyi koi sentence itna tez se jaadu nhi kr sakti ki usi ki basis pr aap IIT IAS sab qualify hi kar lo...haan wo motivation time to time milta rhe to student k andar ka jazbaa kabhi khatm nhi hota aur wo hamesha apni preparation ki speed ko maintain kiye rakhta h....waise isme bhi whi student successful hota h jo motivation k baad usi trh hard bhi kre....ab ye nhi ki 3 hours k motivation lecture sunkar full excited ho gye aur jb numerical lgane baithe aur 2 ya 3 numerical nhi lga to taany taany fuss hokar study bnd kr diye.....aise nhi hota h....successful hone k liye regular motivation+ smart work + full dedication + IQ level strong....bhi maayne rakhtaa h...
Brother you really taught me that the DISCIPLINE is most important than MOTIVATION. No matter how tired or strong reason to avoid study would be in front of you, you have to be DISCIPLINED, you have to study, you have to complete your task any how. And DISCIPLINE itself is motivation driven. And the best examples of discipline is the Milkman, Newspaper Man, Soldiers, our Parents.

I always used to say " Padhai karna kathin nhi he, padhai roj karna kathin he " So do hardwork in that direction... Everyday try to increase your study time , even just by 15 minute's. It will help u a lot. Aapke parents jaante he ki aap koi bhi exam crack kr skte he... Bus aap ko jaanne me der ho jaati he. ☀
In April I pushed my prep from 4-5hrs to 7-8hrs. But in May my mother passed away and i am totally distract from my study. I was fully motivated for my gate but after this tragedy I am not in my mental health. I don't know how to start my study, pr yr man hi nhi lagta. I have to help my sister in her daily work. This is distracting me. I don't know how to tackle this situation. I have very few months left. And I am thinking about next year drop for full prep. I am not able to study at home. I know I shouldn't have to think like this. But I don't know how I am gonna do this.
I was preparing for jee But after 6 months i got really tired And i thought ki mujhse nhi hoga ab And i was dropper Kaash main disciplined hota toh aaj nit ki jagah iit main hota Motivation mujhe ek level tak pahuncha sakta h but discipline mujhe Apne potential tak pahunchne mein madad karega 👍👍

sahi hai sir motivation se kab tak kaam chalega. karna to fir bhi vahi hai Jo determine kiya hai. shree Krishna geeta me kehte hai arjun ko ki fal ko chod kar uske bare me na soch kar apna karm karte jaa kyu ki is waqt karm karna tera dharm hai. tu jis niyat se karm karega usi niyat se tujhe fal milega.
