Love you! Keep your head up! Everything will be allright! American ppl love Russian people. It is our government that is Russo phobic. This whole conflict between our countries has motivated me like never before to understand the beautiful Russian language/culture/history. I had no idea the montage was created in the Soviet union or how many wonderful movies/tv shows your ppl contributed to the world of cinema. I can't wait to start cooking some traditional recipes! I didn't like borscht when I was young so I want to give it another try! If you never stop teaching I will never stop learning thank you
You make the best videos. I was just thinking about confidence yesterday and discovered your confidence video.. today I was thinking about motivation and I see this. Thank you!!
This is brilliant!!! I was trying to find a reason too keep learning Russian because I had thought I learned so little but it turns out that I was wrong! Thank you so much for opening my eyes and keeping me motivated. Helps a million X)
Thanks for the tips on choosing interesting, meaningful material in Russian. Thanks also for saying that it's okay to go back to review older material. I do that whenever I plateau. It was great to hear this as a tip to stay motivated. Спасибо!
This is inspiring. I really think I hit a plateau then you mention I have to go back. And I just remember when I couldn't read the words and now I could. When I have to repeat the sentences again and again but now it's a little bit easy. Thumbs up!
Thanks for this video. I feel like I’m at a plateau now. I’ve been learning for almost 2 years but feel I’m no farther than at 1 year. I’ll try your tips.
Thanks for the words of inspiration Daria . I have revisited all my notes that I wrote while going through course . So I believe my phone is not compatible with some subtitles so I will attend to that now . I never imagined it as being easy . The only concern was do I have the mental agility. I believe I do so onward and upward . Did I catch a glimpse of your beautiful 🐱 cat Mito?? Lol
I have the motivation but I’m learning Russian all online from home and my goal is to be able to hold a conversation for at least 5 minutes with my spanish teacher bc she speaks Russian. My only problem is i don’t know what to learn and how to do it. I study top 300 most used Russian words every other day but when I listen to Russian speakers the grammar in sentences changes completely and I get so lost and I feel like it’s not helping so I don’t know what to do. Any tips?
