if you knew that Illya was about to torture Shirou to death and then revive him over and over. And also ordered Beserker to r@p3 saber maybe gilgamesh wasn't wrong to kill Illya.

Well, at least she wanted to do that in the Fate Route VN route, since there is that bad end with it. But I mean, her whole existence and life, she was virtually made for just brutally killing Kiritsugu (and his relatives) and claiming the true Grail (and absorbing it as its vessel) with the Strongest Servant, so...no wonder, I guess? When that is the only thing that is virtually indoctrinated into you for 18 years and you are literally created for that single purpose, yeah...that might be the reason why Illya is capable of doing such f-ed stuff.
