Hi - When you say to steam the lobsters for 10 minutes a pound - do you mean 10 minutes per pound of an individual lobster (like for 3 lobsters in the pot each weighing 2 pounds - cook for 20 minutes) or 10 minutes per pound for the entire weight of the lobsters you have in your pot? @@tammykreiss5127 umm, that would be the steam/air escaping from the shell as it's boiling.. But what do l know, only been a lobster fisherman for 42 years and have cooked hundreds upon hundreds of them..
@@52Rambler I never said you were wrong, but for those that are not "professionals" at fish parts, it SOUNDS like screaming. Didn't mean to start a fight about lobster sound going into a pot.
@@tammykreiss5127 apologies my mistake, l took it wrong l guess.. Am getting grouchy in my old age, LoL. Lobsters do communicate with each other though, but not with sound or gestures, they squirt urine at each other from little holes close to their eyes.. Have been peed on many a time while holding 2 and 3 lobsters under the arm to band them, LoL. You may ask why l watch lobster cooking vids being a fishermen. I get such a laugh from some, as why they leave the bands on or how to shell em. Must say, the lady in this video is spot on, pretty much the way l do it.
It's shocks me how used to it peopel are to kill animals as if they are nothing and talking with a smile " Oh just shove them in there , they will die in horrible pain in time "
