This is not 'only hanuman mantra'. Remainding lord Rama, skanda(lord subrahmanyeswara), hanumantam(lord Hanuman), Vainateya (Garuda - son of Vinata), vrikodaram (Bheema) at the time of sleep shall put all the bad dreams away.

I lost my beloved Mother last year October. I couldn't even say her goodbye due to Covid, probably won't be able to make it for her rituals on the 1st death anniversary. Hey listen please I need help I really need help....I have been getting nightmares since many days my grandma passed away 1 year ago , and now from one year continuously I have been watching her in my dreams , she loved me very much,I also loved her very much....she was mad for me, and I was so mad for her...so I see her everyday in my dreams and when she touches me, I hear some ghostly sounds , feel like someone is shaking me very hardly, and freak out in fear...it is very scary mannn!!... @@truthspeaker6107 Hi Swathi, good day! I started chanting Shivashtakam, but every suggestion Mahakatha gave I chanted. Mantras is something completely new to me and I was in such need of some help that I chanted with my heart and soul. I completely surrendered myself to the moment. But I had to make some changes in life, such as no more intoxication of any kind. I believe each one of us connect in a very unique way and may way was trusting that the universe is taking good care of me and it's giving me what I need. Hope I have been of some help. I've had bad nightmares last week ,but I found this video ,and let me tell you It works ,but you got to chant along with it I was worried the night I got up ,so I started researching ways to not have them and came across this video , I couldn't really pronounce the words so I listened carefully and I can recite the words without look in at the pronunciation And for me it gets me tired and When I finish I fall asleep I recommend 20 minutes of chanting would help anyone Just got to believe it's power I was in stress when I found this video and it helped me Fall right back to bed for another 10 hours of solid sleep I'm thankful for this video

Ever since I became pregnant, I was having sleepless nights waking up seeing horrible dreams and not able to sleep again, It was really hard for me until I searched on RU-vid how to get sleep during pregnancy, and I saw many videos with tips but for me none worked then I saw this mantra and started playing it and I should tell you I was so surprised that it really worked for me, and now this mantra is like a daily routine for me. Not possible! Maybe you don't know literal meaning of Hanuman chalisa or maybe you just listen it for sake of listening... when you have real devotion to bajrangbali involved while listening to hanuman chalisa, no bad dream can come into existence.. but if this manyra works for you, great!

I just had a bad dream and having hard time going back to sleep. Just need something to stop these monsense thoughts that follow after waking up. What a sensation this is. You wake up from rubbish dream and its only been 1.5 hr since I slept. I need to get help to go back to sleep and be positive. Pray for me. This mantra is very soothing. I want to be happy and breath normal.

All dreams appearing to be bad are not actually bad. For eg. Seeing quarrel means you will get happiness. Seeing a thief means progress. And so on. Do read books like swapan Shastra for dream interpretation. Anyhow if you feel the dream is bad, and again you go to sleep, the effect of dream gets nullified due to again sleeping. If you get a good dream then try not to sleep again as sleep nullifies the effect. For bad dream , read chapter 12 of Durga Saptashati where Maa Durga has promised that whosoever will read it , their bad dreams get converted to auspicious dreams. One suggestion to the channel's admin, do not be greedy to earn money by too much ads. One ad at beginning and one at last is enough, don't make spiritual awareness a business. Also any other word in mid of the mantra breaks the mantra, so please remove ads in mid. Without ads your channel is one amongst the best.

Hi to everyone. Just to share that I was brought up in oldest Chinese faith but educated in a christian convent where I used to pray in the chapel when troubled. For 55 years ever since I can remember I have terrible nightmares due to a herditary spiritual link which my parent kept quiet about. I hear and see spiritual things throughout those years which could be a blessing or a curse. At times good spiritual help guide me thru life problems but at times I struggle wiv dilemma and sadness over matters that I shouldn't know or see. At age 16 In desperation I was driven to research oldest religions (Taoism, Hinduism, Christianity, Islam and European Paganism) of the world to find solutions & peace for myself. Thru my research, I managed to find peace realising praying to one universal God (with deities/various sub gods and guardian angels). I have since then brought my children up on universal God and respect of all on basic common principles. I have good faith and relationship wiv my God. However, my nightmares kept on as my body and mind aged. I was spiritually guided 10 years ago towards Tibetan & buddhist mantras which helped reduce my nightmares when I prayed and played them at night. Three years ago, I believe spiritual help led me towards this particular Hanuman mantra and my nightmares disappeared totally and if I do dream I now have positive dreams. I do not seek to convert or convince by to share my own testimony only. May God bless all of us troubled people thru this mantra and may all of you have an open mind towards trying this mantra.

It is only a different way of offering prayers to the Almighty God in different ways. God Is One And Has Created The Universe And All Humanbeings throughout the Universe. brandi pyzer I’m an illiterate when it comes to understanding the Hinduism but trust me when I say this. Hinduism is very deep sometimes the concepts and methods in the ancient scriptures are far beyond imagination. Before you go to sleep comfort yourself into a meditative position(on your bed if you want to), think of one tiny rigid thing like a coin or even a cookie if you want to (this is just to keep your mind focused on one thing which further helps you to attain consciousness)and concentrate on the same thing and start taking deep breaths, the inhale and exhale should be in such a way that you will have max breath count per minute is less then 12. Roughly after few minutes if you are really concentrated to the thing that you had in mind and your breath is in sync you will enter a state of mind where you can command your body what to have and what not to. In that state it is important that you feel confident and brave and just think of stopping this nightmare once and for all. Do this for few days you might see some changes🙌🏼 this is not some magic it’s the human science which was already written centuries ago in Hindu scriptures

Keep 3 tulsi leaf under your pillow on sunday. Change those when dried. Dried tulsi leaves should not throw here and there. Those shoul d put flowing river or pond. It works.
