I thought I would drown but then, I decided to rewatch some of your videos and it really gave me the strength to rise again and cut off my social media to focus on my health and my studies. I've been plagued with the same question as you for some time. One thing I discovered for me is if you look up highly sensitive people. Sometimes you don't do anything for awhile before an event because the extra stimulus drains you so bad you prepare for it by hiding out. It was something that opened my eyes to a lot of my actions and behaviors.
out of the 20 youtubers i’m subscribed to, your channel is the only one where i turned the notification button on. i love your videos and the vibes you give. you show the real things in life, that it can be hard. You showing when you’re sad or procrastinate helps me because you still show the positive side of hard situations and it makes me feel like whatever i’m going through, it will be okay. I have the exact same problem. Next time I have an event planned, I will follow your advice. You're really inspirational because you help me realize that I can defeat my procrastination problem. I'm taking baby steps to fixing that problem and hopefully one day I conquer it ❤️

omg i was gonna do nothing before my class @ 3:15 pm but then i saw the video title and decided to go grocery shopping!! my fridge was almost completely empty and knowing me, i'm gonna be dead after that online lecture and won't have the motivation to leave. What I got from this was to just have something planned literally anything to do after you wake up get home (my 2 bad habit points) so that you don’t fall into the ‘slump of relaxation’
