I am suffering from hair thinning from 2 years and my age is 20 now, I used to eat plenty raw rice when I am 16 years old . I stopped eating from 18 years ,and my hair started falling down, the lost my weight, and I am suffering from constipation, irregular period getting alternate months , nausea, available to take food.

I find that many Indian women have thinning hair so much that you can visibly see the scalp. We have to ask ourselves what is it in our diet that is causing this condition? I can tell you eating rice, Dahl, roti and potatoes in one meal is NOT good. So I think it’s an autoimmune condition caused by this type of diet.

Hello! I got covid last year and during the covid i've noticed that my hair start to fall out and also thinning 😢. Wright after i was diagnosed with hasimoto but my TSH and T4 are normal so i dont need medications. Wright now the hair fall is in a better condition but the hair thinning is massive... I can really see a big difference.. i dont know what to do because i dont know if its because of covid or hasimoto.. im so depressed because it affects me so much psychologically... Pelase help me!!!

My tsh was 6.5 , doc started thyronorm 25 mcg, after that i had improvement in my symptoms like hairfall and periods( flow improved ) and tsh came to 1.3 , after that doctor reduced the dosage to 12.5 mcg again the symptoms kind of coming back like hair fall and less period flow tsh is 3.7 , I have been told to continue the thyronorm for 2 months but i am experiencing symptoms,what to do should I meet doctor again .
