I too followed these things and failed miserably. So I stopped following these things and stopped putting pressure on me. As a result, I started following self improvement with self motivation and with no pressure. I can understand it's importance and the possible outcomes that would happen by following them.

@@comalientertainment1466 it's a withdrawal symptom. I deleted my insta account. I closed my account and uninstalled Instagram, this helped me to reduce my Instagram addiction. Whenever I want to us insta, I have install and login to the account, it will take 30 days to delete and more so whenever I crossed 15+ days, I thought that iam almost there and guess what I did it

I was like ok I watched porn 2 times so in order to compensate this lose I will study or work on my plans and I feel like okay I'm back let's go. I feel like I'm willing to do things without taking any pressure.

Like if I relapse, I'll relapse for 4-5 times but when I stopped this method, I relapse but after 1 relapse I feel like ok let's do other works it's over that's it. The perspective changed here, like In detox if I fail, I will aggressively consume but after stopping I stopped putting pressure on myself. Like okay it's over let's work.
