MY LEARNING not to postpone(procrastinate) Stay away from distractions.HENCE Its better to do what u love(enjoy). Create clear short term and long term goals to remain in track. Channelise your energy 1 at a time and stick to it. Manage the peaks and lows. Low days r going to come Stay positive stay positive and surround ourselves with enthusiastic guys IF NOT try books other stuff
Yours videos are regular drug doses to keep the positivity level raised in my blood.........( very helpful for a peripheral college boy...with college full of negative people)
I was on my all time low for the past few days and this definitely made me feel a lot better. It's all about making the best out the good days. Thank you Sumer sir!
Thank you sir, I wish I had got some more tips from you if I had joined DAMS for pre pg preparation..Anyways,now I am about to complete my pg ortho too in few days...But I am sure your lessons will help me lead a better life ahead...
Thank you sir... very much needed the talk at this point of time, in which I encountered negative people and I'm trying to get back to my studies.. your talk was very encouraging sir, I realized that I must keep myself surrounded by positive people rather than keeping all people close to me atleast until exams r over... thank you sir.. much needed words of encouragement..
2 things I want to mention : *I think taking a 'break' only after getting addicted to discipline & developing love & enthusiam for work or study can b beneficial--- whenever I take break or I involve into something I get addicted to it & it takes a 'damage' or 'loss' to bring my focus back to study * i guess writing long term & short term goals only possible when there is a highlighted secure path -- for me the hindrance is either 'insecurities in the clear path' or 'the path is blurred' -- I want to devote myself in molecular research & innovation as i experienced hardly 3 hrs of sleep yet fresh & energetic whenever I started a research work -- But this field is the least talked about topic , how to maintain a clinician - researcher balance in India is least known to me -- plus the added social rather parental pressure of economic security of the path -- just disjointed my focus -- even I don't know whether I should prepare for Neet PG or ICMR JRF NET
Thankyou so much sir for enlightenment . Definitely a busy day makes us accomplish more than a day full of dullness . Thankyou for all the positive vibes and motivation 🙏💐

Sir but how can a person be motivated to move ahead if he/she doesn't know what is their aim /goal is???or they r unable to find their purpose of life /passion??how they should perceive life and move ahead???
shaik karishma Your purpose in life is to find your purpose. Do what is important to you at present. Once it becomes a habit of doing priorities, you will find ur purpose. Then purpose changes, and it’s a cycle. Everything changes, so live in the present and do what is important now.
Hi sir you always have been aspiration I have made a you tube channel in this corona time to help Dnb students regarding different hospitals in radiology and why radiology.
Sir I am in second prof my college is in remote area so I have only choice left emedicos and other online resources . I request you to guide the second prof students on how to study the pre paraclinical subjects with respect to NEXT and what are the important high yielding topics as you did in the surgery and medicine discussion with dams faculty. Also please tell the important high yield topics from Robbins.
sir I am an first year student of mbbs in west bengal and i am a big fan of your videoes .sir how can i schedule my times in the college days and holidays so that i shall make a good result in the first year final exam??
Sir when I start to study, my hands automatically itch to go to Microbiology, Forensic medicine and Surgery, and I tend to neglect the other subjects. How do I work my way out of this?
Start with what you don't like and then after some time, get to subjects you love in breaks. Or you can teach someone who needs it. For example I hate studying micro and surgery. So you can teach someone like this and you would be able to revise and also convert to verbal memory.
