Very helpful 🥰 Could you do a video explaining how long fragrances last before going bad for both opened and unopened fragrances and why? Love the science behind it! I'm a beauty nerd 😂 I have 2 mini fridges for all my cream makeup and am thinking of getting one for my perfumes 💕
Should I keep them in the box that they came in. I read somewhere that you should keep them in the box for it to last longer but it’s taking too much space now. Should i discard the boxes..or does it really make a difference in the longevity?
Great video was wondering if I was storing mine right I do have mine on top of one of my dressers but that room gets no direct sunlight so think they should be fine thanks again for the great videos
We’ve all heard this but has anyone tested it? You’d have to buy 2 bottles from the same store and leave 1 in the bathroom but you’d have to use both bottles and see if they smell the same after a year or more to actually know if they go bad.
@@jusderose I’ve been wondering if it’s ok to store unopened ones (still in box) in the bathroom? Also if stored right, how long until used ones go bad? Is it possible to keep them for >5 yrs?
@@dreilazatin ABSOLUTELY KEEP THEM FOREVER. If it happens to go “off” you’ll know but I highly doubt it will ever happen if stored properly. People get too caught up in expiration dates which are just there to keep you buying more
I saw a picture in one of my fragrances groups where a person got a great deal on a wine fridge with a glass door. She stores her perfumes in it. I'm dying to know if this is this a safe method of storage? Does the cooler temperature effect maceration? Just really curious.
What's the point of beautiful lead Crystal bottles that are beautiful if you have to hide them? I guess that why Arabian bottles are opaque and last longer.
