How to store fragrances so they last longer!

Good tips! Has anyone ever noticed that when you go to Sephora or ulta that their tester fragrances smell off? Exposed under lights all day.

Still, time seems to be an enemy. My Parfum'd Empire Ambre Russe among others was completely lifeless after 5 years, throw away two thirds.

I just place mine a fridge. They sell mini’s just for this purpose. They spray cool crisp and stay very fresh ❤

Your dailys are totally fine on your dresser though, as you probably will go through it before it can age. All my others i keep in their boxes.

Dark cool Place like a closet is best I have had my perfumes for over. Ten years some of them and they are doing great

Great video was wondering if I was storing mine right I do have mine on top of one of my dressers but that room gets no direct sunlight so think they should be fine thanks again for the great videos

We’ve all heard this but has anyone tested it? You’d have to buy 2 bottles from the same store and leave 1 in the bathroom but you’d have to use both bottles and see if they smell the same after a year or more to actually know if they go bad.

I have most of my bottles on my bathroom counter but I keep the exhaust fan on.

I saw a picture in one of my fragrances groups where a person got a great deal on a wine fridge with a glass door. She stores her perfumes in it. I'm dying to know if this is this a safe method of storage? Does the cooler temperature effect maceration? Just really curious.

I have 60 or so and can't really use most of them. What do people do with so many fragrances

If you have that many perfumes, will you realistically use them all within approximately 5 years before they start to expire?

I have no idea why so many perfumes come in clear bottle's. It's like beer, keep it in dark bottle's to preserve the contents.

I store my fragrances in the bathroom cabinet but it's a room that is never heated and often ventilated so it's not really humid

What's the point of beautiful lead Crystal bottles that are beautiful if you have to hide them? I guess that why Arabian bottles are opaque and last longer.
