I always dehydrate for an hour or so after grinding. It seems like the warm motor makes my stuff a little moist. I don't like loosing my hard work

I left a few leeks on the bay window, forgot and got soggy. Mine rarely last. I eat them with salt or a dip like a green onion.😁. Just like an onion to me with cooking too.

Leek tops are also tasty in mashed potatoes, and mashed butternut squash.

And the tops also work well in both Leek Soup and Creamed Leek and Potato Soup.

Can a;sp sautè oniions, leeks and garlic together, possibly also some other plants.

I also cut it in different size then I put in Ziploc bags then FROZEN
