I'd only use the all-natural paper towels for this. A lot of paper towels have been treated with chemicals, some have fragrance, dyes, etc.

Thank you so much for sharing!! I hate when my greens go bad a few days after buying them until I learned to check for the "date to use by" but can't wait to try these tips!🥰

can I shred them before putting them inside the first container?

Instead of using paper towels for storing your greens, you can use a dry hand towel. It's more eco-friendly and a lot cheaper!

Great idea, I've done this a few times when out of paper towels.

Awesome nice professional video, for how small your channel is you did amazing job. If you ever remake this video you may want to suggest lettuce knife also because metal causes vegetables to turn a little also.

My question is....I love the idea of keeping them fresh, but after so long don't they lose lots of nutrients? So is it really healthy to keep them for 2 weeks?

Respectfully, The paper towel idea would be good if the towels were not made from "recycled items".I highly doubt they screen out the harmful substances. and i also doubt they "Clean and Disinfect" the "Garbage. I would put some kind of "clean and food safe" buffer between the Greens and the towel. I also doubt that chemicals used in the production is "Food Safe".

Are you aware of the annoying lilt (a rising and falling of the voice when speaking) which is often at the end of your sentences?
