I certainly appreciate your comments and information! Keep up your advice because it's better to learn from others than make any yourself! This is how I started learning different things and what RU-vid videos are truly awesome 😎
My cat loves being on my lap, at the sewing machine, there is not enough room for his comfort. He decided to sit on my sewing to the left of the machine. He was completely surrounded by pins in my project and I just had to give it up. If I raised the foot, he would have quickly slid onto the floor, along with my sewing. An earlier cat liked to sit on top of the machine. Making sewing a problem, he could have been easily hurt by the tension arm coming up and down. He also used to spread himself across my cutting mats and fabric, so I had to make sure his tail wasn't suddenly right there, as I cut things out.
One of my first class instructors told us that if I have to warn you two times to close your cutter after each swipe on your fabric she will ask you to leave her class. WOW THAT STUCK IMMEDIATELY with me I was so scared to forget to close the cutter...and I am glad today that she said that. LOLOL
