Criminally underrated? It's two old british slaves smoking overpriced sticks that burn unevenly. Imagine being the crown's little bitch boy and thinking that this is a good video. Imagine.
@@HipixOFFICIAL Another sheep I see.... and what style of writing did you learn? It's absolutely the correct grammar. I listed three things. Also if you don't see the sheer value in the oxford comma it's because you're an idiot. If you can tell me one positive to not using it I would love to hear it. The oxford comma erases confusion in sentences by clearly disassociating one listed thing from another. It just clearly defines items listed. It helps to avoid having to rewrite sentences for clarification. There is literally no good reason to not use it.
Pioneering? What it must be like to live on that slave island. You see these old farts wishing they were Americans and you think they're pioneers. Wtf are they teaching over there? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Great video. I am not a big fan of foam or sponge humidifiers at all though. It you fill those up, you are at 100% RH - depending on the leakage of the humidor. Boveda packs will do the trick of actively maintaining the right level. Also, it should be mentioned that a humidor off the shelf usually is bone-dry and needs zo per preconditioned before putting the cigars into it. There is a Boveda Humidor Starter Kit for that as well!
WRONG! Real men escape slavery. Imagine being such a slave to the crown this is what you think men look like? Imagine. Love to see brits sharing all the wrong info about American traditions wishing they were us. You guys look stupid af! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
If you're british maybe save the freedom sticks for the free men you slaves. Or you could buy these overproiced ones that clearly burn unevenly as seen in the video. Imagine paying way more than me because you're a slave. Imagine.
Well british people aren't as free Americans. If you don't know 🤣🤣🤣🤣 They don't have access to alot of things Americans do. Here freedom and money can put a boveda in your hand overnight. There you have to sell your ass to the crown and be a good little bitch til they say you can do differently.
Yet another excellent video, gentlemen. After having recently returned to cigar smoking after almost 25 years, just today (prior to watching this video) I purchased my first humidor to store my precious, yet small, collection of premium cigars. I seem to have made a wise choice in my humidor selection. All the best to you, and thank you so very much.
Yet another very british video where they wish they had American's traditions and freedoms. The only thing excellent about this video was is that it's over. Keep wishing slaves. Enjoy those overpriced ass flavored cigars.
@@jrm4444 I stopped 25 years ago because my wife has asthma and, ever since she was a kid, any cigarette smoke would trigger an asthma attack. I just figured cigar smoke would do the same. However, after carefully and slowly exposing her to cigar smoke, we discovered it does not at all cause her to suffer an asthma attack. YAY! Believe me, I came back to cigars because I missed them terribly for those many years! 😊
Typical brits. Afraid of words. Imagine being so sensitive you hit the report button every time you're met with words. Imagine. This is pretty typical of girls that are larger than life. Do it again and prove me right. Oh wait. You already have. Want a cookie? I know you do. You're already covered in crumbs.
Another educational video. Well done. It was an absolute pleasure visiting the shop in person yesterday, purchasing some fine cigars. The highlight was meeting Eddie. The quintessential gentlemen. Thanks for the sharing the not so secret hideaway to smoke and have an afternoon cocktail. Wishing you much success
How did it feel when you smoked them? Did you just wish you were an American the whole time. Or do those overpriced sticks not have any freedom flavor? Are they as stale as brits when it comes to everything? I guess those ones you buy there probably taste like slavery huh? bummer. Overpriced british slave sticks. Embarassing.
Assuming you have a tabletop humidor, take a towel and moisten it with distilled water. Take your moist towel and wipe the walls of the humidor clean. The point of doing this is to take precautionary steps to avoid potential bugs or mould. With a moist towel, re-moisten the humidification part of the humidor with distilled water. The humidor should return to the optimal 70-degree humidity equilibrium. The cigar(s) being kept inside should also return to the optimal humidity within a couple weeks or so, depending on the cigar's ring gauge size. Finally, check if your cigar has been salvaged by gently squeezing it between your fingers.
Tip # 4 just the right amount of give isn't very descriptive. Maybe some comparison like when you squeeze an underripe grape and it doesn't break, something like that. Like the channel do more videos, especially with the father would like his general opinion on many things. Time changes but truth does not love to hear him. And son is one of the most well spoken professional tubers I've ever seen.
You don't need one of these fancy humidors because not only are they very expensive, they're also very hard to maintain not to mention don't keep a steady humidity. The best way that's also the cheapest to keep your cigars is to just get a mason jar & put your cigars in their or a airtight container with a boveda pack inside stored out of direct sunlight.
They speak about keeping this humidor in an office, this video is not for you it's for wealthy people. It's davidoff of london not Gurkha of Florida, you can expect everything on this channel to be top of the line from the cutter and lighter all the way to storage.
@@mad0uche Yeah you're the one to tell me "this video is not for you it's for wealthy people" when you literally play video games in your parents' basement asshole.
Watching two old british slaves try to avoid death before the video is done is always great? Then they try to teach you American tradition 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 What?
Hello newbie here just bought a couple sampler packs to try so i can figure what i like. Bought and electric humidor to store them.. but seems my friends are conflicted with opinions about keeping the individual wrappers on or off in the humidor. Watched some videos and so far no one has touched on this
No! Leave the cellophane on! If you store them individually, always store them in cellophane or tube, unless you intend to smoke them within a few days. If you intend to store them for more than a few months, always leave them in cellophane or tube. Cigars stored individually without cellophane or tube tend to lose their aroma over time.
I always get confused. I have a humidor but mainly smoke Principe Chicos, I have recently got some cubans and have put them in the humidor. I have been told not to mix these and that Principe Chicos can remain in a cigar box as they are individually foil wrapped is this correct?
Can you explain the purpose of these long opening on the side of the DAVIDOFF cigars aluminium tubes and the right way to use them in a humidor. Thank you.
Don't waste your money in a cheap humidor. Buy a good quality air tight Tupper ( with clips to seal it) and put one Boveda pack. That's it. One good tip from this video is to open and air the cigars to get fresh oxygen.
Imagine taking cigar (AMERICAN) tips from british slaves and thinking it's right. Keep trying lol. You'll be free Americans if you smoke one more overpriced shitty cigar🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have a question! If I buy a box of cigars that I really like, do I rm the cigars from the box and keep them in the humidor or keep the box itself in the humidor?
🤣🤣 Really? They look like they're both waiting to die. I never thought they'd be great lovers. At least those overpriced cigars came with a happy ending.
Yes, Non-Cuban cigars are often sealed in little wrappers, but cellophane is organic (cello comes from the word cellulose) and breath, but they will keep the moisture in longer than if they were naked. If you do completely seal a cigar off using some other method, it will eventually dry out.
As a cigar smoker of over 20+ years, I'm sorry, these guys lost me at the very beginning of their video with their #1 Tip. You have that beautiful humidor and you're using florist foam humidification devices to humidify it?? (at least that's what it looks like). I looked on their website to find out what kind of humidification they are using and all I find are generic terms for their shop. Davidoff de Luxe regulator or Davidoff Slim Regulator (what are they ??). No where on their website does it way what they are made of, or if you can order them separately. If you want to deal with possible mold issues, over humidifying or under, by all means use one of those devices. But I wouldn't, not when there are so many better alternatives out there. After that, there was no point in me watching the rest of the video.
had me wondering too, figured they were just old school since they didn't mention wineadors or other current alternative methods of storage either. they also said don't trust hygrometers and just give the cigars a squeeze to determine RH 🤣
@@benclarke9410 Which means, they are old dated and obsolete. I'll bet you still watch tv on a black and white tv don't you. Nope, because it's old and obsolete.
