The people/companies who advertise on X is bigger than we think. It lets creators get paid good amounts of money. I just hope it stays like that in the long run when everyone comes flocking to X to stream.

All this is done in the OBS application. You’ll need some images for your brand to place in the frame.

You shouldn’t have too. It only gave me one stream key and I used that.

@@GemerMr7 according to X , it shouldn’t take any longer than three days. I think they are working on making it quicker.

This is an unfortunate thing on their website. I’m not sure how hard it is to get the call center open.

I think if you plug some external device that captures game and ports to the system you can. Maybe something like an HDPVR.

so im assuming somthing like an elgato capture card to source the xbox content into my laptop to provide the stream for X Stream?@@SeventhHaven

Once set up correctly, it showed up on my page. You have to make sure you have X’s stream key put in correctly or it will not show up on your page.

Same here! I think it is twitter itself. I ran the same settings on a youtube stream and the quality was perfect. I don't know why twitter quality absolutely tanks. If you see anything, please let me know!

I found the quality to be pretty low on desktop, but was much, much better on mobile. Not helpful, but I believe they are prioritizing mobile, at least for now.@@LxttleSZN

It’s a bit of a process until they update the method to start streaming. It also shouldn’t be limited to premium members only.

Did you make sure you have premium?

You’d need to make an entirely new source dedicated to game capture in OBS.

Media? As in post a picture? No. You do not need premium to post a picture or video to the platform X.

Live chat should be under the stream once you get it up and running.

@@WP8OZ so what your saying, is that i cant just go live like by just using my cell phone? Its an Android. And no i dont realize that i dont specialize in computers. I think you simply just click on the live broadcast and it works off your camera phone ~

@@Itsjustme1982 well not exactly. what im saying is YOU can do that but the LARGE streamers are using obs. every single one of them. to simplify it how many movies were made on cell phones that you saw in theaters? i know these people dont have THAT production budget or equipment but thats the standards they use. if you just go live from your phone the experience you're delivering your viewers is a VERY uniquely appreciated home made version of what these people work so hard to perfect. not saying its cool to gatekeep from amateurs but i like that X takes the stance that if you're not willing to invest in your stream and produce something that requires more than the bare minimum and im sorry to inform you if you didnt realize but thats what that is. watch a stream by someone like TimTheTatMan Specifically his ATNT ones, you'll see theres so much going on behind the scenes to make that experience so wonderful for his viewers that he's using TWO computers to game and stream the game and his assistant is also using their high end computer to help with all other things like visual graphics technical stuff and more. hope this helps you take your first leap down a wonderful rabbits hole. if you just give it a try you'll love it.
