. Learn the ayaat until it's flawless like Fatiha - i think its impossible to get further when you do this. i memorized half quran and since half year I try to get everything flawless and I stuck and I dont reach the goal. now my motivation went zero

​ Hadaydoyin Hadaydoyin after fajar is the best way, try to memorise 1 or 2 ayah only,dnt try to go fast,the thing is to make routine,fist try to give 15 minutes then slowly slowly when you reach 1 hour regularly means you are ready to go fast,,,,,,if not possible after fajar then after maghrib is the good time,,,,but one thing forget your mobile phone and everything else in that time,,,,inshaALLAh it will be too easy

@@rawazkader5824 Alhamdulillah I finished before Ramadan brother..I am a sister..I took only two juz per year...and also concentrated in learning Arabic grammar in between..which helped me immensely in memorizing the meaning and hifdh..I had classes in the masjid for hifdh and a revision based hifdh..so focus is strongly on revision ..I had other issues like health which slowed me down..but Alhamdulillah never gave up..Rahma of Allah..

Absolutely true...when I started memorizing in 2005 along with learning the tajweed rules I started with the Arabic language and word to word along with tafseer... Alhamdulillah..

Yes but the important point to remember is, just because we don't understand the quran shouldn't act as a barrier in our recitation. Recite daily. And understanding is a bonus!

I too thought that it will take to long but believe me something is better than nothing. With one ayah daily I have now memorised Surah yasin surah mulk,surah waqiya,surah muzammil and now I’m on surah Kahf alhumdulillah

to achieve that you must not only memorize but also learn tajweed and tafsir. i realised that the indian pakistani method of memorization (even in madrassa places like south africa, zambia, zimbabwe etc ) doesnt really help effectively in recalling ayats unless a surah is read from beginning to end and also consecutive surahs. if asked to recite surahs from different juz we get confused so easily. to solve that first you need a good teacher who himself is not part of this problem. secondly the 13line Quran used in indian madrassa arent really effective for memorization. better to use the 15 line and have one copy only for memorization. the 13line is good for beginners in learning how to recite and it really helped in my childhood but now i have shifted to using the 15line,it has also helped me understand tajweed rules much better. another tip is when doing dor(muraja'a) have weekly tests from your teacher. He tests by asking u to start from different parts of the surah sometimes even the last ayah and u have to know what surah comes next or random surahs from different juz or hizb u have memorized . dont just do dor from beginning of surah to end. sometimes do it page wise or hizb. most important is the weekly tests. this method helped me move away from the traditional indian method taught in madrassa and now Alhamdulillah am able to know an ayah before and after if asked and also what surah its from.

Yes, at the beginning he also explains a story of the brother who didn't memorise anything because he didn't want to memorise 1 ayah a day. 1 ayah a day, if consistent, you can memorise more than 1 juz/year InshaAllah.

from 7:03 to - 7:10 he was saying ".. read it without looking at the Quran first and the go sleep". Hope that helps.

@@moti2x hifz is for life so it has to take long 24h - 4h we still have 20 to use on other things 6h sleep 8h work or school 6h you do what you want
